Cover getting slimmer

3+ year old cover getting harder and harder to don and doff. Despite morning sun till noon, getting grayer and stiffer. Good quality, but an issue with application best accomplished with two people. Please re-engineer.

I bought this cover about 2 yrs ago. My grill stays outside in the mid Florida elements. About a year ago the fit became very, very snug which made taking it off and putting it on quite a chore. Two days ago I noticed a hole at the corner of a seam, so now thinking rain will get in. Looking at options for a new cover.

Super sturdy, but way too tight

I bought this cover with my Ironwood 650 (with folding front shelf) in Nov 2019. My grill is fully exposed to the elements in St. Louis - brutal summer heat/sun, freezing winters, rain, snow, etc. It has physically held up quite well given the abuse from the weather and done a great job of protecting my grill. However, it is extremely tight making it quite difficult to remove or replace, especially when it's cold. At that point, it becomes stiff as a board. Even in the summer heat when it's far more pliable, it's too snug.
