COVER DOES NOT PROTECT THE GRILL

I purchased this cover August 2023 as wanted a cover that was fitted and had pocket for the electrical cord. First I noticed that after rain, the stand I have the ranger grill on, was always pooling water under the grill. Now I have found that water pools on top of the grill and I am getting rust on the latches.
This cover is priced to be quality but is a waste of money.

Hi, and thank you for reviewing the Ranger Grill Cover. Although the cover wraps below part of the underside of the Ranger, it is not designed to protect the bottom of the grill if water is pooling beneath it. But if you are finding that the top of the grill is wet after removing the cover, please reach out to Traeger Customer Service and one of our agents will look over everything with you and see what needs to be done to make things right.
