Frustrating at Times

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit and had great success. However, pellets get stuck in the auger and thus then over flows and then one big combustion and fire everywhere! When it works it is the best thing ever, but last couple times I can't get the pellets to flow smoothly into the chamber to keep constant heat. I at the point of going to another brand since I can't get this one to work correctly. I have to watch it all the time to make sure it has not combusted on me and fire everywhere.
