Perfect Cooking Temps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] CHEF iQ Smart Cooking Thermometer is the worlds smartest, thinnest cooking thermometer. It's app enabled with bluetooth and WiFi which allows it to work wirelessly. The app is very clean cut, sleek, stylish and easy to use. I never knew that I was capable of cooking such amazing tasting meat until I got this product. It truly makes your cooking dummy proof. First off, I was blown away by the packaging. I give the presentation an A++, I felt like I was unboxing the latest and greatest tech. The thermometer comes in a little charging case and quickly charges to 75% in just 5 minutes. The Chef iQ app is absolutely amazing providing so many helpful tips, recipes, and even features live updates so you can monitor your cooking progress in real time. Gone are the days where I would commit the cooking cardinal sin and cut into my New York Strip to check the internal color while spilling all the delectable juices. This little thermometer is a total game changer and will perfect your cooking beyond belief! I'm actually saving a ton of money because I hardly order out anymore because I'm so excited to try these new meals recommended by the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t say enough good things about the CHEF iQ Smart Cooking Thermometer. I’m incredibly impressed with the overall design, quality, app development, ease of use & even the packaging. The thermometer itself is excellent – made of high-quality materials, small form factor (both length and diameter), and extremely accurate – but the hidden value of the CHEF iQ is in the accompanying app.
Some products add an app as an afterthought with little benefit to the end user – the CHEF iQ app is a fully integrated extension of the thermometer that provides a wide range of useful features. The app seamlessly connected the hub + thermometer to WiFi & Bluetooth, walking you through each step on the app screen and with voice prompts (yes, the hub even has a speaker).
Once connected, you can quickly setup a cook based on category of food (poultry, meat, seafood, vegetables, plant-based), and then select the specific sub-categories (for example, boneless beef short-ribs cooked on the grill or plant-based protein burger cooked in the oven). There are literally hundreds (thousands?) of different preset combinations that cover a huge range of options. It provides the optimal target temperature based on desired doneness, cook time, rest time, when to turn/flip/baste and even provides cooking tips for getting the best results. Don’t know what you want? There are a ton of recipes to explore (with more added each week), and it provides a shopping list that can be shared via email/text. Already have something on the list? Just swipe in the app to remove it. The utility and ease of use is mind boggling.
So, yes – if it wasn’t already glaringly obvious - I highly recommend trying the CHEF iQ Smart Cooking Thermometer.

Really amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing! I cook a TON and i have been tired of my old thermometer. This connected to my phone really easily, and works well. I love that I can just leave it in the food and have constant knowledge of the temperature. The whole thing feels incredibly high quality and I would recommend this to anyone!

Bit of a learning curve...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So first, I love the technology of the product. However, there seems to be a little bit of a learning curve with it. For example, depending on the meat going into the oven, it doesn't like to stay upright and not touch the pan it's cooking on (I'm looking at you, meatloaf slices). Other than that, it works great!

We grill a lot at my house and I’ve wanted a really good thermometer for a while. This one is amazing! It really is the thinnest and smartest. I love the Bluetooth capability, and cooks the meat perfectly for all my guests different requests. This is one quality thermometer I’ll have for years to come! This will be perfect for my Thanksgiving turkey!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This digital thermometer is by far my favorite. I can’t believe how easy it is to use and how user-friendly the office. I love the size of the thermometer itself as it’s not too big it doesn’t take up a lot of room when placed in a meat product on the barbecuer. The thermometer itself is very sturdy and the case that houses the thermometer feel super sturdy as well. I love that you charge with a C charger cord. The app is totally user-friendly and actually gives you fun recipes to try. I love how easy it is to sync my thermometer to the app which cuts down the time it takes to get Cookin. This thermometer can be used in the oven on a barbecue or even in a fire pit depending on what you’re cooking. Over all I am very impressed with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with this Chef IQ Smart Thermometer. You can tell just by the packaging alone that this is a high quality product. After removing the packaging, the thermometer comes with a sleek looking rectangular box known as the “hub”. That is where you charge the thermometer (probe) and it also “talks” to you. You must first download the Chef IQ app to get started. The instructions are simple and straightforward. You have to pair the hub with your bluetooth and register it. It charges really quickly, just a matter of a few minutes and holds a charge for 40 hours. Once it's set up and charged you can start cooking. The app is so easy to use. I was able to grill a piece of salmon without having to stand at the grill. I was also able to monitor the temperature of the salmon and the grill at the same time. It also alerted me when it was time to flip the salmon over and when it was done. This saved me so much time not having to run back and forth the check to see if it was done or not! I am looking forward to using this when I cook a turkey for Thanksgiving dinner. The app is also loaded with step by step recipes and videos using the probe amongst other cool features. I think the Chef IQ Smart Thermometer is completely worth the investment and highly recommend it.
