I run 8-10 miles daily as well as lift weights at the gym. These legs are the most relaxing and comfortable way to recover. I do see it making a difference in my day to day activity. I feel fresh every morning vs soreness from the day before. I recommend to anyone that can afford them. If this is something that would break your bank but you really want a good recovery option… get a theragun. It probably works better than the boots but you'd have to use it for 30 - 45 min for the same result and that's a lot of paying attention to your legs vs watching tv or reading a book and letting the boots work their magic. So I'd say it's a must have for people that don't have to worry about the cost and it's a great investment if you are on the fence and decide to use a service like Affirm that lets you pay a small amount monthly.
