Has uses, just not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never heard of this kind of tool before but have used pens in a similar manner before. Unfortunately, this tool did not seem to help me as much as I had hoped. It was not very easy to apply enough pressure to be useful. The blackhead side was more useful on whiteheads than the whitehead side. And the blackhead side took A LOT of pressure before doing anything. I think using my fingernails is more effective, so I will probably not use this tool very often. It may be more helpful for cystic acne, but for the occasional breakout, I'll pass.
Pros: Compact, Durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You don't have to press to hard on tight skin but when you go to areas of your body that are more spongy you have to press hard and it can be somewhat painful. It works well though. Better and more sanitary than using fingers/nails.

Pops those nasty hard to pop Whitehead's so much easier and cleaner than i could do with my fingers. So small and can fit in my makeup bag. I love this product!!

metal edges too thick

This does not work well at all. The metal edges are too thick and you end up just pressing it against the skin to remove the blackhead, which leaves a mark and can cause bruising. Using a paperclip would basically use the same principle and probably work just as well, which isn't saying much.
