Such a worst experience -Canada customer

I had a placed an order for this monitor for my son's virtual school on Sept 2020. After numerous calls finally received the monitor after 1month.To my surprise integrated camera and microphone doesn't work. Again after endless attempts, got in touch with various lenovo agents,I was adviced to return the monitor for a new one. Again waiting for the case manager to call me to direct me to return the product. Such a horrible experience!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2 days after starting using it, I had to call tech support as the monitor no longer recognized HDMI sources. Technician told me I had to get a replacement unit - but had to call again customer support... and wait on the line again....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Microphone disconnects frequently, bad for calls

Something faulty with the microphone as another one start reviewer reported. When using Zoom or MS Teams the microphone would stop working. And you have to re-select the audio input as the monitor over and over again. At first I thought it didn't like other USB devices plugged into the monitor so I disconnected enemy else but the problem is still there. Later on u realized the microphone was disconnecting by itself (the Sound you hear in windows when a USB device disconnects) in windows in general not just during calls.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
