Great a first....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit two weeks ago and it was easy to install. When I first powered it on, it was quiet on high. I thought wow, I’m in love however later on I switched the unit to low and heard some noise, nothing to bad at first but as the days go on the noise gets louder and louder. When the compressor turns on it sounds like an engine or a small plane. It wakes me from my sleep. I’m quiet disappointed and frustrated especially that the unit was not cheap. Is there a way to eliminate or decrease the sound.

Quiet and Great Cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the quietness of this unit. It works well, in both "cool" and "eco" modes. The integration and ability to control from my phone through the app works great. I'd like to replace the rest of my window units with models from this series.

Quiet, clean look and works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently bought a vacation home and I wanted to upgrade the window AC units and did a lot of research to find one with a combination of great features and quiet enough to use in a small room without drowning out the TV, etc. This one fit the bill. Looks great, cools the space quickly and packed with all of the right features. Only reason it is not a 5 star review is the Frigidaire app (need to connect to Wifi) - it is pretty unstable and you have to be patient with it

Horrible Sound

I got this AC three weeks ago and chose these specs because supposedly I would be “quiet”. However this AC has a rattling sound and it’s impossible to sleep without earplugs. I’m so disappointed.

Cools quickly and super quiet!

He loves that he can control it via the Frigidaire app on his phone (even though there is also a handy remote). Defintely recommend this AC!

Gets its job done

Works fine with Alexa, but I wished it worked with Apple HomeKit too.
Installation required to set the unit tilted of certain degrees, making it harder to install then other ACs.
