Why not provide specs or labeling for DC charger?

I need to know the DC voltage to attempt to replace the AC/DC adapter, but all the photos of the wall wart have no data on them, and the plug hole is not labeled in any way, and the 'detailed' specs for this product also don't have this information. Nor is there a replacement AC/DC adapter, apparently. Come on!
