Great Product, but ...

The reason I gave this item 4 stars is because the first two that I purchased both stopped heating after a short time (less than 3 months). That having been said, this item is a God-send! I have had back problems for years, and nothing works as well as a product that can move/travel with you (no plug necessary). The heat relieves the pain and spasms and gives great relief. I highly recommend this item, but should I experience the same problem, I'll be sure to contact Sunbeam.

It lasted three years using it every day❣️

I have had this same heating pad for my husband and it lasted 3 years and now he wants another one and I have to try to find him one but this has been on almost every day because his back hurts and he’s worn it every day. He loves it❣️❤️

Great product yet short battery life

I love that this is cordless, it gives me a little freedom when the pain isn’t too bad. The only downside is the short battery life when you have it on medium or full charge. Only get about an hour on medium heat. Which is a bummer if you experience chronic pain…

Quit working 4 months after warranty expired

I bought this in Feb. 2023. I’ve used it 5-10 times per month. I went to use it today and it no longer heats up! It was good while it lasted, but it didn’t last nearly long enough for as much as it cost
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cannot lean back on the heating pad

I just purchased this but the instructions state you should not lean back on the heating pad. I bought it for my back and intended to be sitting down in a chair when using it. Is this true to not lean back on it. I may need to return it.

Good until it quit working

The heating pad was great until it quit heating. The battery charges, but the pad no longer heats. Wish we could order just the pad but can’t find one. We were using two so one could charge while the other was charging. They were for a 93 year old with severe back pain due to stenosis and scoliosis and they really helped her.

I love this cordless heating pad but wish there was the option to purchase a backup battery pack. It takes hours to recharge
