Heating Pad was a gift

My wife received this heating pad as a gift Dec. 2021, and all of a sudden it stopped working. I tried troubleshooting it but to no avail. Would love it if someone could reach out to make this right for her.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your GoHeat™ USB Powered Heating Pad stops working, please try the following steps to remedy this issue:
-Please make sure that you have fully charged the battery for 3 hours or until the light is solid green. -Verify tight connection between pad and USB outlet. -Verify no physical damage to the cord, power button, pad or battery. -Verify that the charger is plugged in properly when charging. -Ensure the USB power source can provide a 2A current output

Stops heating up after 3 months

I have had 2 of these and they both stopped working after 3 months! I have endometriosis and depend on a heating pad to be able to function when I'm in pain. Not satisfied with the quality of this product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working after 1 month

I got the cordless heating pad for Christmas and 1 month later it no longer heats. The battery pack still lights up and says changed but no heat when connected to pad. Do not buy this product. It is a complete waste of money.

Love it gets about 110 F. Works with battery pack or USB in car which is so great on long trips. Drove from Michigan to Texas and back. Heated seat doesn't contour to my lower back this does did and worked perfect
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke after a month

I purchased this at the military exchange a month ago and I loved it until it just stopped working. Battery seems to working fine but the pad no longer gets warm. I no longer have the box or receipt so I guess I'm out of luck... thanks alot Sunbeam.

When it works it’s amazing

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and it’s been a game changer. It’s works incredibly well. The heat produced by the cordless unit is shockingly good and the product quality is great. Unfortunately while the battery continues to charge, recently the pad has stopped heating up at all. I’ve checked all the connections and they all look to be in good condition. If not for it breaking in the first 5 months of purchase I’d be giving this heating pad 5 stars. When it works it works super well.

Battery s lame

I bought this heating pad fo my Christmas present and today the battery won’t work it won’t heat up and the battery is just blinking green. I tried to reset it and it stays blinking. Only 6 months old when it was workings I really enjoyed it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome for Arm

I used this for nerve pain and is absolutely The best. I wrap it around my arm and it stays. I don't waste time sticking close to charge.
