i got this from the frontline workers free program. It works much better than a heating pad, heat is instant, and works about 8 hours. clips to your pants so really easy and lightweight. pads stay nice and secured. this came at the right time for me, as i was experiencing an ectopic in my ovary, and it is much more painful than a usual miscarriage. I wouldn't be able to be at work right now if i didn't have this with me. i would just reach over and set it back to hot when I needed a boost. thank you so much sunbeam

I have PCOS and get absolutely awful cramps. This has been the first product to actually help that. The portable aspect is a game changer, and I can actually function and start to feel better. Highly recommended!

This product is great! I have a very bad back and heat is the only thing that helps. I bought it so that I can have heat at work. I would like to have a backup battery so that I can get more heat out of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would be great if...

For the price of this heating pad I’d expect it to do what is advertised. Sadly using ONLY ON LOW does NOT heat for 4 hours as stated not sure where they got 4 hours from?. It worked for a total of about an hour and a half on low the whole time. What stinks is that it takes longer to charge it up than you get out of the battery. Unless you make an additional purchase of the high speed charging cord which I am considering. If that truly is high speed then it might be worth all the money spent on it.
I do love that it heats up so fast!! I can put on & by the time I am standing up it is already hot which is amazing!! I like that it is portable which also is amazing and comfortable to wear under or over my shirt. I do think it is a revolutionary product for sure.
Now aside from my operation/charge time complaining I do have a serious concern. The battery pack smells somewhat like hot plastic while it is charging. I don’t feel comfortable plugging it up to charge overnight while I sleep for fear of it going to melt or catch fire. Unsure if it is normal for it smell like it does while charging. The slow charge cord, the block (that comes with the product) is extremely warm borderline hot after about 1.5 hours of charge time is also a concern.
So between its operating time, use time, & me sleeping I get to use it roughly 1-2 times a day seeing as I don’t feel comfortable with the battery pack charging while I sleep due to the hot smell it gives off.

Excellent Heat

Life has thrown my back a curve ball...I came across this heat pad and so glad I did. This heat pad is amazingly on point! I carry it everywhere I go as soon as I feel pain in my back I strap this baby on, instant heat that last for hours. I'm thinking about ordering another one , if anything happens to this one I have back up. I rarely put the setting on high because it can get very hot, the only draw back I see is it should come with 2 heat packs. This is a true gem.

If you are looking to get a replacment cord from the gel pack to rechargeable unit you will find no info on replacmement cord, they are delicate.Easy to buy gel packs replacment but just try to look for the part number.....not found

I bought this and immediately wanted to return it when I discovered that "on the go" did not mean rechargable. Unfortunately I lost the receipt and got stuck with it. Doesn't get hot, even on high setting the heat is low. And it isn't a good on the go heat pad. It's disconnects, doesn't stay in place and the actual space that heats up is so little that adjusting it to get heat where you need it is a pain. Great idea, horrible execution!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love product, but doesn’t last long

I get super cold when I nanny/drive to work so I got this to keep my core temp warm (I sleep with a cord heating pad for the same reason). It’s amazing!!! Absolutely works! Only downfall is it only lasts about an hour after being charged all day. Kinda sucks so if you’re going somewhere you gotta use it when you need it most.
