This is meant to use with the Nuheara IQbuds BOOST or the IQbuds Max.
It works by connecting into your tv's audio out into it, and the IQstream is activated by the Nuheara app and the tv sounds are put right to your earbuds. That and these are 1/2 the price of the Nuheara website, so a definite plus when buying from Bestbuy.

Let’s me steam tv dialogue directly to my Nuheara pods. I can enjoy tv again without
ear shattering volume that was disturbing my partner. Even at those levels I was missing most of the words. Now she listens comfortably and I hear every word through my Nuheara pods. I’m enjoying tv again now thanks to Nuheara at a fraction of a hearing aid price.
