If they fit properly they are amazing! They are a tad hard to clean, even with the dishwasher they still aren't 100% as clean as needed cause it doesn't get all the crevices and the flanges are hard to clean as well. Besides that, they are wonderful!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Caused a decrease in my supply

Very disappointed that this caused a decrease in my supply. Its so convenient to be hands free and cordless. I tried all of the tips and tricks from willow to help boost my supply back up with no improvement.

I am in Canada and had to specially order this pump through the states and get it shipped here, but I will say… so far is totally worth all the hassle. I love the hands free aspect, the suction is great and it latches well. The flip to finish takes a bit of work at first but once
You master it, it works great. I wish they would make this pump and parts more accessible to Canadians.

I like it, but I really wanted to love the willow pump. No matter how hard I try it’s messy. You end up with spilled milk 90% of the time. I love the suction and I always feel empty, but if there was a way to better prevent spills it would be perfect!

Hard to dry

They are difficult to dry after cleaning. Also the toggle switch from 1-2 sometimes doesn’t close all the way and you end up spilling milk everywhere.

Horrible

I purchased these to save on money instead of runing through the bags. I got about 5 uses out of them before it kept giving me errors. Kept telling me to check the tube attachment. I tried over and over to get it to work and it wont. I put the same tubing on with the bags and no issues. On top of that i have yet to " empty" my breasts with this pump. I paid out of pocket because I already got a pump through insurance. I work in a mill with limited breaks so i thought this would be a great alternative. OT was costly and inefficient. I pump at least 2 oz less with this pump every session. I think it reduced my supply rather then help maintain it or increase.

Being very careful and following all directions, these spill a little bit every single time I use them. Also, it is frustrating that I have to stop pumping, dump out 4 ounces and start pumping again if I need to pump a little more than 4 ounces at a time.

Waiting to fall in love

The first pump was a breeze - everything worked! The next 5 or so times I get getting errors - my husband googled and tried resetting and a few more trouble shooting ideas he found and it now seems to work (latch and suck). So far it’s not very consistent- I usually get a total of 4-5oz w my spectra and have been getting less than 2oz w Willow. I’m playing with the settings in hopes to get it to work better. Now that it’s latching it is more convenient but as a new twin mom I really need to get as much milk as I can!
The bags leaked for me - seems like an issue for a few other moms I spoke w so I bought the container - it is much more secure for the flip to finish and emptying the flange!
I would recommend this to a friend!
