[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the convenience of being able to reuse the container, but I don’t love that it is not leak proof and it ends up creating more error messages on my pump than the bags.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review of our Willow 360:tm: Milk Containers! We are sincerely sorry to read that you are experiencing issues with your containers, and we would love the opportunity to help turn your experiences around!
Inaccuracies in the app occur when air is calculated as milk. This can happen for a few reasons - the most common with milk containers being milk or soap residue on the valve where milk pushes through from the flextube:tm:. This can cause the valve not to seal properly, so you may experience constant gulping, errors, or higher volumes of milk being reported. The second most common reason with milk containers is having the dial set in the wrong position, which traps air in the container versus it being released through the air vent hole under the dial. Another factor to consider is flange sizing - if too large, it allows air to be pulled in and calculated as milk. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team if you continue to experience errors or other issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of them leaks when I turn it upside down to finish. Otherwise I prefer these canisters.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review of our 360 Milk Containers! Leaking during Flip to Finish can happen for a few reasons, but the first thing we want to check is how far are you turning the dial from the "1" to the "2" position. The reasoning for this, is that there is a small air vent hole under the dial. When the dial is set in the "1 " position for pumping, the air vent hole is uncovered, which allows air to release and not build pressure while you are pumping. When we turn the dial to the "2" position, it covers that hole, creating a seal to prevent milk from spilling while performing flip to finish. If the dial is pushed beyond the stopping point, milk can leak from this area. Let's practice this over a clean bowl to ensure we keep every drop of your liquid gold while practicing. Best Pump Ever – Worth
on February 14, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best Pump Ever – Worth Every Penny! As a first-time mom, I did a ton of research before choosing a breast pump, and I can confidently say the Willow 360 is hands down the best pump out there! I tried a couple of other highly-rated pumps, including the so-called "quietest" competitor, but nothing comes close to the comfort, convenience, and suction power of the Willow. The completely hands-free, spill-proof design has made pumping so much easier, whether I’m working, running errands, or just trying to get things done around the house. Unlike other wearable pumps I tried, the suction is strong yet comfortable, and I get consistent output every session. Plus, the app connectivity makes tracking my sessions effortless. I have recommended this pump to all my friends and will continue to do so because it’s truly a game-changer. If you're on the fence about investing in the Willow 360, do it—you won’t regret it! SO glad I made this decision!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that you can reuse these rather than waste a bag every time you pump. I just pour them into a big container and then portion it out at the end of the day! Great investment, but not sure why these don’t come with the pump in the first place.
