Garbage, don’t waste your money

These worked for a few sessions and then stopped working. No amount of troubleshooting or cleaning got them working again. This was a waste of money but honestly the frustration was worse. Standing there with your boob out fiddling with a piece of equipment for 10 minutes while your milk is leaking and you’re running out of time to pump is just torturous. If you’re thinking of getting willow pump, know that the only way they will consistently work is by using the expensive single-use bags. It’s a shame, I wish I’d known beforehand and I would’ve gone with another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are very difficult to clean and the valve will get dried milk around it and then the suction doesn’t work. But my biggest complaint is I wish they were easier to clean.

I bought these pumps because I work in home health and don't have access to an outlet during the day. I wanted to love these containers but they caused more stress and anxiety than not. I had 3 different pairs and I never knew if I was going to get an error (despite following the troubleshooting) or if I was actually going to be able pump. Many times I was left not being able to pump, feeling engorged and uncomfortable.

Great in principle but still

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great in principle but still needs some improvement. Love being able to reuse a container rather than having to use a plastic bag each time. However, it occasionally leaks both when pumping and when emptying the flex tube. The largest part is hard to clean since there is no dedicated/appropriate size brush. I have also had several air leaks not related to nipple sizing (although all the tips claim that’s the number one reason for air leaks). Overall, still works well 9/10 times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it’s only 2 pieces I need worry about. Pumping can have so many parts you have to wash. This makes the process so much better. However, I have mixed feelings about to top piece. I tend to spill a little when pouring the milk out. It might be user error since I’m still adjusting to this pump. But it definitely makes it a little challenging and no one wants to waste a drop of milk!
