Easy to use/clean!

These milk containers are great! Easy to assemble, clean, pour directly to storage bottles, bags, pitcher etc. I’m glad I purchased these for my willow. I really wish a set came with the purchase of the product.

Difficult to assemble and clean

These are hit or miss. Very tedious to assemble and difficult to clean thoroughly because the opening of the container isn’t wide enough to get a brush in. I just ordered a second set and found them to seal better than the original set I bought about 6 months ago, which makes me think they have poor quality control. It’s nice to have the option not to use bags but I wish they were easier to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Less frustrating than the bags but not spill proof

I wish I would have bought these sooner! They are much more cost effective than the bags and less frustrating to put on! No bag getting caught in the seal with these. It takes a little longer to empty the containers into a bottle or bag so if you’re in a rush the bags are more convenient. The containers are also not 100% spillproof ! So don’t bend over too far but for everyday use it is awesome.

Frequent replacement

The fact that these need to be replaced every 3 months is crazy. My pump stopped working right because of the wear and my supply took a big hit because of the delay.

Container Issues

Shortly after starting to use the containers one of them started leaking with each use, and both of the flanges grew mold under the seals. They were under warranty so the customer service department was able to replace them without incident for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t waste your money

The pumps worked good for the first week. Then I kept having problems. They kept thinking there was milk, and it would suction but there was no milk because the containers were defaulted. I ended up having to rent the medela pump from the hospital because I kept getting clogged milk ducts

A learning process

Willow milk container set up and finish is not intuitive or straight forward. The process takes time to get used to. I watched the video and had the manual out the first few times I used the pump and each time milk would spill everywhere when doing the flip to finish. I don’t make enough milk to begin with, then to see it spilling all over and not know why was frustrating. I would say it took a good 2-3 weeks of using it before I became comfortable with the flip to finish process as there are several steps vs pumping right into a bottle with my other pump.
