I love the convenience of the Willow 3.0 and the containers. Working full time I dont have time to sit and pump. These make my life so much easier.

Good quality and should have bought with my device, but poor shipping

The item is of good quality, but our item was sent from southern California (where we live) up to Washington state and was labeled as “exception” “missent” by the carrier. I would suggest having backup bags so you’re not waiting on your items. It took about 9 days after processing to receive my items. Ashley, a Customer service rep, did assist with replacement bags until I received my order and was very friendly.

Poor seal

The containers worked the first few times used but continuously failed to create the seal/vacuum afterwards despite meticulous cleaning. I reached out to costumer service, but since I couldn't find my receipt they would not replace them. I did get a discount code and I purchased new ones. The first use they failed to create thenseal/vacuum and I had to disassemble and reassemble them multiple times to get them to work. Very frustrating. They are nice when they work but it's not worth my time to get them to work when a manual hand pump is faster.

Wanted to love 😩

These containers leaked every time I flipped to finish both when I tipped the pump towards me and when it was flipped, more so on flipping. The parts were always freshly washed, thoroughly dried and the dial set to 2. I watched several videos on troubleshooting without luck correcting this issue. I expected they would leak a little, the bags do at times, however with the containers the leaking is excessive and messy. I read reviews prior to purchase with this concern mentioned often but ultimately decided to purchase because I felt I would be able to troubleshoot the problem, not the case. I won’t be using this product going forward and would discourage others from purchasing as well.

Difficult to clean and dry

Reusable yes but tedious to clean and even moreso to dry. Air dry for over 24 hours and you'll still have droplets and the smallest drop messes with the pump sensors. So use a clean paper towel to dry the containers. Will need multiple sets if you plan to pump multiple times during the day since the fridge hack will also mess with the pump sensors (from other reviews.)

Honestly just wasn’t for me

I thought the whole system was confusing. Spilled milk everywhere. Couldn’t get a good suction. Was not a fit!

Errors with 3 different Sets

I’ve had error messages with every single set of containers I own. I get check seal errors half way through my pump and then it never relatches. I also get a flush valve error constantly. Most times, they won’t even latch and I have to use another pump altogether.
