Did not work. Keep getting error reading. Pump works with bags only. Pump has been so frustrating which is the last thing I need as a working mom!

Great hands free, pump on the go!

Containers are easy to use once you get the hang of them. I can bend all the way over when using the pouches but with the containers I can't do that with out dripping so..... Also cleaning them is easy. I definitely have to use nipple balm, or something similar because the plastic rubs. Other than that, I can't complain. So yeah five stars.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Full of Regret

I greatly regret buying the Willow pump and the containers. The app greatly overestimates how much I pumped and it says "full." The link on the help page for this issue takes you to a webpage asking for log in information unrelated to Willow -- there is no helpful information for this issue. When doing "flip to finish" I had the dial in the correct "2" position, however I still spilled the measly .5 oz I had managed to pump.
I am unable to pump sufficiently with the Willow, I wish I had known there was no return policy. I will likely be shelling out for a traditional pump that may actually work.

Good choice

I am glad that I got these reusable containers because using the bags was really bothering me. The bags are great for when you're on the go, they are very convenient. However, they aren't the best for daily regular use or for freezing milk in because it's difficult to control how much air will be in the bag and the bags are too large to use in a lot of the milk bag storage accessories that help you freeze the bags flat to save space. There is also very limited space to label the bags.
I find that if you rinse the containers with very hot water and shake out as much water as you possibly can and hang them to dry, these containers dry pretty quickly. If you don't do those things, it can take a very long time for them to dry out completely. Overall I am very happy with these, and I should have bought them sooner. My only wish is that they had a larger capacity for those of us with an oversupply.
Be warned, if you need to exchange for a different size flange, they have to be unopened and you will need to pay for shipping yourself!

Leaking Issues

Both of the reusable containers have leaked from the spout after each use/flip. It’s disheartening and frustrating because willow is supposed to be the superior system.

I’ve read that a lot of people don’t like the containers. As long as I keep them clean and do a regular vinegar rinse I don’t have any issues with errors. And I do the fridge hack while I’m at work with no rinsing in between. I think they are worth a try and always good to have as a back up of bags are out of stock.
