Unable to get bags

I like the pump. I think it’s easy to use and wear, but I have been unable to find spill proof milk bags and that has limited my ability to use it. The reusable container is not as user friendly and has a more noticeable profile. I also wish it came with two chargers instead of one.

GAME CHANGER

I’m making all my friends get this pump. We just got home with our new little babe and this pump was a little intimidating at first, but after the first 2-3 uses it’s so easy to use. My first pump with my first babe I had to sit on the couch or bed and not be able to move while pumping. Now with the Willow, I was able to wash the dishes, organize some baby things in the nursery, and do a little laundry, all while pumping. This is the future! Also the app is amazing. My last pump had an app, but I could never get it to work. This Willow app gives you love feedback while pumping, with how much milk you are getting on each side. Love love love the Willow.

Underwhelmed

This is a very expensive pump and my expectations were very high. These are not terribly easy to use and have design flaws. It’s advertised as being able to workout while using them, I could do a light stretch but working out is a bit of an exaggeration. They also leak a little milk after each pump, sometimes excessively. I also think it is ridiculous that you have to buy reusable milk collectors because they should be included with the pump. Also, it would be nice if there was a light that indicates when latching begins and pumping ends. It’s hard to determine when the latching process is over based off sound alone. The pumps are large and it is very noticeable under your shirt. I do not feel like I could pump in public without people noticing unless I was wearing a scarf or a loose fitting shirt. On a positive note you can use this pump with most bras that have a snug fit. All in all the ability to pump without tubes is amazing and I enjoy multitasking while pumping.

Finally got the hang of it

Honestly, I was not a fan at first. I had been pumping successfully with a Mandela pump for four months before I tried the willow 3.0. I had issues using it at first, low output and pain. Willow’s support system is incredible and one of their experts helped me on an hour long 1-1 zoom session. Now with the right flange sizes and some key pointers, I’m getting more milk than I do from mommy traditional pump.
The bags are great for in office and milk containers work great while at home. The containers do have several pieces to wash but it’s worth it!
Definitely spring for the willow to make your pumping experience as seamless as possible.

Love that I do not need to be plugged into a wall giving me the ability to knock out some chores while pumping. The down sides are the device is rather large and heavy within the bra, making it difficult to pick up little one when needed. I also have noticed the pump strength is not as great limiting my output when I do use the Willow. I would recommend the will but only as a second pump for when the situation calls for it, not as a main pump.

Best Pump on the Planet

Literally the best pump around. It gave me the ability to feed my first child for over 1 year with 100% breastmilk and continue working as a surgeon in the OR and clinic beginning at 5 weeks postpartum. So glad Willow is still here for baby # 2!!!! Thank YOU!!!!!
