I am one of those people that has a great result on Willow. I had adjustment but it didn't took me a lot of time to adjust. I had inserts problem but it was resolved properly by using other inserts. Perfect sizing is a game changer for me. I used wrong size first and it hurts my nipples. But when I used the right sizing it makes my pumping a lot better. However, the process of knowing what size your are hurts my wallet. It's expensive. I have to buy new container, new flanges and inserts several times just to find out which one is right. Also, my right hub cracked after two months of using it. I don't know why the hub cracked but it is very common with Willow users. I called customer service and they replaced my right hub. So, that has been solved and cannot complain anymore. Everything works now since I bought it last March 2022. I have been using it for 2 months. So far so good. All I wish is for Willow to discover what is behind the crack problem.

Overall pretty good hands free pump!

I've really enjoyed using my Willow 3 while on the go in the car or around the house so I can get things done at the same time. I have no complaints other than I look like Dolly Parton with the pumps on. They are pretty large IMO and not discrete. It's almost hard to hold my baby with them in. They are not super quiet either. Not a deal breaker for me, but I won't be wearing these at work while seeing patients. It also takes 5-8 minutes longer to remove the same amount of milk with the Willow than with my Spectra S1...

I love my willow 3.0, and the customer service is absolutely amazing! Anytime I've had a question or issue, they are very friendly, responsive, and patient and they stay in touch to ensure the issue is resolved! 10/10 recommend to anyone in the market for a pump! I wish I had this system with my other 3 children, makes pumping on the go or at home extremely convenient!

Great product, lackluster app

I've been using mine for about 4 weeks and I get about as much as I get from my Spectra on expression levels 4 (haven't gone higher yet). My only complaint is i can't control it from my phone through the app, it only shows time pumped and mode. They're really easy to clean and I haven't spilled any milk yet despite being pretty active with them on. I love that they're reusable containers and I'm not stuck ordering bags all the time. I've never tried other reusable pumps but it's pretty comfortable and fairly quiet up to level 4. I would change my rating to 5 stars if the app let me discreetly control them. While they're 2x more expensive than other similar pumps I think overall better quality and warranty is worth it.

Best pump to save sanity!

I am having to exclusively pump with this baby and this pump has saved my sanity! I am able to continue to do while pumping. I even pumped in a conference yesterday.

Less Than Expected

In convenience the Willow is that as you can wear it in the car. However, I found that it does not empty fully, so I ended up with engorgement (even after I eased into using it to give my body time to adjust). It might work if you only use it rarely and pump in emergency situations, but it definitely did not live up to the reviews and the touting that it is a hospital grade pump. I ended up having to rent a pump from the hospital while I was buying another pump and waiting for it to come.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love its wireless

It’s great that it’s wireless and you can move about and get things done while pumping. Does sometimes have difficulties connecting to the pumps, and I only use the pump with milk bags to pump. The storage container pumps always leak and spill milk.

I love the flexibility the willow gives me, especially with a newborn and 2 year old. I am able to give attention to my toddler, while providing milk for my newborn. The sessions are quick and easy which is a huge bonus. I am able to pump while feeding my baby in bed, a big bonus! I love not being attached to a plug, so the freedom was one of the main things I was looking for.
Only complaint I have is while using the containers you have to be careful when being over as they will leak, but other than that I don’t have anything negative to say about this product!
