Life must GO ON!

Whether you are a working mom or a stay at home mom-this pump is a game changer. I had my second baby in 2016, and was determined to breastfeed as long as I could while working full time. I had the Medela Freestyle and had to rent the hospital grade pump for a few months once returning back to work because I didn't have the flexibility as a Nurse Anesthetist in the Operating Room to pump as often or as long as I was while on maternity leave. I do 24 hour call so a quality bread pump was my only life line to providing for my baby girl. I had to work hard to keep up breastfeeding. To the point where I started to resent the act of pumping itself. Fast forward to 2018 when I had my third baby and the Willow pump came out. I didn't have the time to chase a toddler, be there for my Autistic teenager, and put the WORK into breastfeeding. Game changer. I didn't have too! I didn't have to worry about when I could have time to pump or how long or scheduling it. I could just pop the pumps on and go about my life juggling 3 beautiful babies! I didn't have to go out of the way and rent a pump or worry about getting too full while working 24 hours. I could just GO ON with life and continue to breastfeed‚ no pressure! Thank you!

Not for the all moms

This pump claims to be innovative solution to on the go moms but I am going to disagree. One of the number one reasons women stop pumping due to supply issues is because of flange sizes. Majority of women are not the traditional 24/27MM flange size. Me happening to be one of them with a 17MM after seeking a LC advice for supply issues. I am dissatisfied with this product because instead of trying to be for all moms and expanding flange sizes they decided to redesign the expensive pump with incompatible parts. Not only did my insurance not cover the cost but then if I wanted clear flanges (if they were to even have my size) I would have to purchase a whole new pump.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Game Changer

Originally bought my willow to keep pumping for my girl while at work. Didn't end up going back, but loved the freedom willow gives me. Never would have made it to a year if it weren't for this pump, I actually don't have an end date in sight now! I recommend the willow to everyone I know, it has been a lifesaver!

Mixed Feelings but Convenient

I purchased the Willow with the intent on using it onsite at my office setting job. The pump itself is larger, heavier and noisier than I had hoped for so I do not feel comfortable wearing it at the office. For the hefty price I paid I had hoped this would be easier to wear. I do however find it convenient to put the pump on during my pumps breaks, due to it being cord free and for the fact that I can discreetly use in the privacy of my car during these breaks. I find that the pump does take longer to express milk than a traditional pump but being hands free is great. I also find that positioning the pump can sometimes be challenging which can be frustrating when I only have a limited amount of time available for pumping at work. I do however like pumping straight into the self sealed bags and enjoy the convenience of watching my progress on the Willow app. The Willow is also convenient to use while traveling and I like that there are only two parts per pump to wash when finished.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Couldn’t do it without the Willow

The Willow saved my first breastfeeding journey and has enhanced my second. When I got the Willow while breastfeeding my first child, almost 2 years ago, I was completely overwhelmed. My daughter wasn’t growing well, I was pumping to enhance supply and make sure she was getting volume and I honestly felt like there wasn’t enough time in the day. How was I supposed to do the dishes, clean, take care of a baby, pump and take care of me (like sleep)? Enter Willow. Suddenly when it was time to pump I wasn’t hooked up to the wall or even a tote to carry my battery powered pump. I could do all these things while pumping. No longer was that pump before bed so daunting - I could get ready for bed while pumping and sleep sooner.
Now I have a toddler and a 3 mo old to keep up with, so being mobile while pumping has been a lifesaver.
Finally, as an ER doc, the Willow saves me at work as well. It’s not as efficient as the hospital grade pumps I have access to but on a busy night where stepping away from the arena for 20 min to pump isn’t an option, I can throw in the Willow and be accessible if needed but still feed my baby. I look a little crazy with my jumbo-sized chest but that’s better than either alternative ;)

Best Invention for a Pumping Mama!

Let me start off by saying that I am a first time mom, so I don't have anything to compare this experience to. However, I can confidently say that we would not be where we are now in our breastfeeding journey if it wasn't for the Willow Pump. I can't even fathom being tied to a wall or having tubes and bottles hanging from me while trying to tend to a baby. I've been able to work (in a bakery!), wash dishes, do laundry, change diapers, commute home, etc., all while effortlessly pumping! Unless you are in a silent room, you can't hear the pump going. Yes the bags only go to 4oz, but for me that's the perfect size. And if there ever is a situation where I need to switch the bags out it take 60 seconds at the most. It's also only two parts to clean which is super convenient. And yes, I definitely look like Dolly Parton, but who cares!! I'm providing liquid gold for my growing boy thanks to Willow, and that's all that matters! Thank you Willow!!!

FREEDOM from the Wall.

I absolutely LOVE my Willow! It has given me so much freedom while pumping! I wouldn’t be able to get my pumping sessions in while at work if it weren’t for the Willow! No one knows I’m pumping and it’s great! I definitely wish it had been available when I breastfed my first baby but taking FULL advantage now!

Made pumping and traveling so much easier

I love my Willow. It allowed me to be a mom to three kids, travel and pump. It allowed me to be more present in my family and my job. It is a great product. Occasionally it is glitchy but the WIllow team resolved it right away with a phone call or once, a new pump when my pump stopped. I am so thrilled with this product.
