Best decision!

This pump has made going back to work so much easier. As a nurse, I don’t always have time to even sit down for a lunch break so using a regular pump would be nearly impossible on busy shifts! This pump has been a life saver and worth every penny!

Reusable containers sometimes leak when removing and you can’t lay down with them. They are also kinda tricky to clean. The bags you can lay flat with and they don’t leak at all—they are amazing! Overall great product. You don’t really need 2 chargers. Each full charge is good for about 5 sessions. Expensive, but ultimately if you can afford it its a wonderful pump, especially if you are mostly pumping > breastfeeding like me. Also, its slightly heavier and bulkier than expected. Its not subtle if you were planning to wear to work, etc like people say.

The willow pump is really living up to its purpose. Am an ICU RN and I’ve just recently gone back to work and this pump is really serving me. I’ve pumped up to 60 oz in a day but my daily average is about 45-50 oz. I hope my nice experience with the pump will continue. It’s money we’ll spent

Best Pumping Experience

Using the willow to pump has been a game changer in my breastfeeding journey. I’ve been able to save up over 1,000 ounces for my little girl within 3 months. I love that I am able to pump freely and discretely and keep track of my sessions with the app. The customer service team is so helpful and encouraging when you need assistance. I recommend this pump to any and everyone.

It’s a love hate relationship

At first I fell in love with my pumps, the pros easy to use, convenient, not too expensive (considering pump prices) rechargeable. Then the cons came about and hit me like a brick wall. The cost of the bags, the reusable container breaking, being told they would send me new ones still haven’t seen that day. The pumps randomly turning off, the sheer amount of issues that would involve taking the whole pump apart re washing, waiting to dry, to try again and get the same error message. The hair ripping out pain of beginning pumping sessions I tried every size I have to use a nipple guard when pumping to help with the pain. And finally the joy of miss customer service who provides more missed than hits. Prime example my reusable container seal on the side leaked I showed this in the picture they responded with how it was my fault for not assembling the pump correctly, yea because I am to blame for a production defect . This pump would be amazing if they actually stood behind it and fixed the issues. Also when I ordered the website stated that it would come with two storage bags, it does not they discontinued them and were just like oh well no one cares.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Once adjusted, Willow will be your best friend

When I first got the willow I hated it, it caused me so much pain, I barely pumped any milk, I got clogged, I almost gave up. However with the support I realized I had the wrong flange size. Once I changed my flanges to the correct size I started experiencing no pain, and pumping my normal numbers. It is very convenient! I can pump in the car on the way home from work, at restaurants, anywhere.
The only downside is I look like Dolly Parton when them on lol, I do advise wearing looser clothes to make it less obvious.

The Willow pump is useful when short on time. Being able to multitask while pumping is a wonderful thing. I am ,however, not completely sold on the pump as of yet. First of all, with larger breasts it is impossible to discreetly wear the pumps. I wish they were a little smaller. The pumping process as a whole takes quite a bit longer than a standard pump and I often get less milk at the end. For the price I paid, I am sadly questioning this purchase.
