You will be frustrated.

My baby is three months old, and I feel like I have enough experience with my Willow pump to give some educated pros and cons. I use the reusable bags. Don't do this exclusively. Buy the reusable container.
PROS: You can walk around or be wire-free while pumping. That's a big deal. The app is nice. I like being able to see how much I'm pumping in a session.
CONS: This product feels like it's in beta testing. You are paying for a product that has lots of kinks that aren't worked out. The most annoying part is the wasted milk. You WILL have milk pooled in the flanges and Flextubes when you're done. The flip-to-finish trick doesn't eliminate this. The Willow videos troubleshooting this problem don't, either. The Flextubes will spit milk back out into the flange even if you try to vacuum it up by turning the pump on while it's disconnected from your body. It's not just the waste that's annoying (about an ounce per session.) It's the mess. It's a nightmare to pump in the car.
Also: The pumps charge separately. Willow provides you only one charger. If you want to charge both sides at the same time, you must buy a second charger. That's just mean. Willow makes this confusing because they refer to their system as a breast "pump" (singular). It's actually two separate pumps, one for each breast, each requiring a separate charger.
Also: The product is extremely sensitive. When I first started using my Willow pump, I got an error message on the right side nine times out of ten. It made me want to throw it against the wall. The pump refused to turn on, saying that the Flextube wasn't aligned correctly. It was put together correctly. It was just too finicky. All I could do was try over and over again until it worked. I learned that if I pulled on the little nodules on either side of the Flextube, I could stretch the Flextube out a little and make the pump happy. So stupid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a working mother I love the convenience that having the willow pump affords me. I do not have a job where I can sit how many times a day for any block of time away from people. I am constantly getting up and moving to different offices and having the willow has allowed me to continue normally with minimal disruption. Overall I love the willow pump and all the time it has saved me!

Breastfeeding Woes Away thanks to willow

Thanks to this pump, my exclusively pumping journey has been helped so significantly. I’m a nurse that stays busy the whole shift and with this, I can just turn it on and go about my day. The only thing I wish that was different is that it had like an auto pump setting! That would be neat. Worth every penny, saved my supply so we can continue breastfeeding.

Love the pumps, Dislike the Willow App extremely

The willow pumps are convenient, and easy to use. However, the app is terribly glitchy. I pumped 3x a day daily, and am constantly deleting the willow app, restarting my phone, re-logging in. Or, it will open and close out, despite updating the app numerous times. If the app would be consistent and work when I need to know the ounces in my reusable container, I would be much more happier. Also, valve is very sensitive, I have to constantly flush for the pump to not flash orange.

Works awesome for traveling

Worked amazing when traveling as I could use the bags so I didn't accidently spill the milk even on a train. I then can use containers at home to minimize environmental impact with less single use plastic.
