Best pumping experience yet

I am a mom of three and willow has been the best thing to happen in my breast feeding experiences. I work full time in a call center and I can pump while I work, I can pump while I ride my bike, and pump without hassle while my son is eating off my other breast. The options for pumping are endless. 10/10 would recommend.

Could be Better

I’m pretty frustrated with the willow pump. Though it has given me the ease of free hand pumping , it has become a struggle because Right Pump stops after 5 mins and tells me to empty out the pump and it doesn’t even have an once in it. Based on troubleshooting tips on website it says that it might be due to having to much air. I open the constrainer to release air and it still needs to be troubleshot. All while I’m trying to bottle feed my son (happened everyday) Other issue that has me considering returning the product is the amount of milk that is waisted . Even after pressing the start button, closing the lid and turn over to have the remaining liquid be ingested into container. After process is over my milk leaks right back out, causing precious amount of milk to leak back out and on to my clothes . After all the troubleshooting I do each session which waists time and milk it has made breastfeeding so much more stressful and overwhelming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great pump

It took some time to get it right but now it works great and allows me to pump at work seamlessly! A few things that would make it a 5 star product would be the ability to turn on/off and adjust from the app, allowing you to adjust up the suction at anytime not just above a certain threshold and including 2 chargers with the pump.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My willow gives me the independence to go about my day while not being tied down to a pump!!! I love it. So easy to learn how to use. Customer service is excellent- my containers broke and they immediately shipped me a new pair.

I love the willow pump! I love that I can still move and do things and not be stuck hooked up to an outlet. The willow pump also is great because it has an app. To track the times and amount you pumped. This is so worth the money and you deserve it! It makes life a little simpler especially having a 4.5 year old and a baby I can stay on the go.

While there is a little bit of a learning curve, once I got used to the Willow it has been a godsend! I work in healthcare, this allows me to pump multiple times a day at work and still get work done! Thank you!

Just okay

I’ll give willow 5 stars for convenience. Home with 3 kids under 5- so I pump on the go, drinking my morning coffee and preparing breakfast every morning. kudos for that. The price? Not worth it. Unless you have HSA or got it on Black Friday like I did. I can’t believe the reusable parts are sold separately and they work horribly. The bags are leak proof but way too expensive, so I reluctantly bought the reusable pets before I read the reviews. Sure enough, I lose about an ounce everytime I pump due to inconsistency with function. Lots of milk ends up in the flange and if you don’t, very carefully, remove it, you lose it. It’s not as comfortable as a spectra or medela either, I can hardly pump on the second suction setting. My complaints are the same as everyone else’s, too expensive, too many function problems and doesn’t hold more than 4 ounces. If willow dropped the price of the bags I would recommend it 100% but it’s too expensive. Really it’s a convenience thing. I have a hard time recommending this to my new mom friends unless money isn’t a factor. But those who said never cry over spilled milk never breasted a baby. I’m only recommending this if you truly, really need to be hands and wire free.
