So far amazing

I am a Surrogate for the second time, so I exclusively pump. The first go I had a really hard time with my supply because I couldn't find a pump the worked well. This time for baby brother I have an incredible supply! I can pump anywhere, it has great suction and is easy to use/clean. I most if the time I use the reusable containers and pour into cheaper bags because the willow bags are pricey. But when out and about I use the willow bags. The babies parents come over every 2 weeks and pickup the milk. I am only 4.5 weeks postpartum and am not worried about the task of exclusive pumping with this pump. I would 100% recommend this product, especially for working mamas when you return to work. It is a game changer!

Great pumps, milk containers lacking

I love the pumps and I love the convenience. There is a slight downfall in the milk containers as they aren’t very reliable. One session they work great and the next session it over estimates by about 4 ounces and just “gulps” repeatedly. I’ve replaced parts and pieces, swapped with other pieces and no luck. Then I have to resort to the bags in order to finish my pumping session which is frustrating.

I can't recommend this pump enough!!! I am a teacher and don't have the time in my day to go to a private room and pump without it being a hassle....so I purchased the Willow pump and it has been a blessing! I use the reusable containers rather than the bags at this time. I pump 3-4 times each day to feed my growing 3 month old. I LOVE the Willow app as it tells me how much I am pumping throughout the session. I am able to wear this pump on my way to and from work, as well as during my day. I've been able to get a min. of 3 oz and a max of 8 oz per session. The best pump session is in the morning, just after nursing. (My best daily production has been 18 oz. and my lowest daily production has been 10 oz. My baby eats about 3.5-4 oz per feeding right now, so I am able to sustain her feeding needs at this time. The Willow is fairly quiet (my colleagues tell me they can only hear a gulping sound here and there when the classroom is empty. When students are in, it can't be heard. It's easy and quick to put on. There is a learning curve for the flip to finish, but with some practice and watching some YouTube videos, I got it! I recommend practicing with water a few times. The cons to the Willow are that it's expensive (insurance did not cover), that it can feel heavy in the nursing bra, which can make my back sore for longer sessions, and that I look like I had breast augmentation every time I wear it. I do need to make sure my work tops have enough give for the added bust and to conceal the pump. I find the regular nursing bras most supportive. The Willow tends to slide downward in the nursing bra camis. However, the pros outway the cons by far! Love not being connected to the wall! I've been able to attend zoom meetings, in person meetings, and work with students without worrying about fitting pumping into the mix as it takes less than 3 minutes to put on. For me the charge lasts at least 3 sessions. I do wish they could make a dual charger for simultaneous charging. Overall, great pump! Wish this existed when I had my first 2 children.

I love my willow pump! As a grocery store manager I'm constantly on my feet and I simply do not have the time to take a break to sit and pump. The willow allows me to pump while I work into spill proof bags so I never have to worry about leaks. My only critique about the pump is that it's a little large but with a sweatshirt or a loose fitting top nobody will notice.

Convenient and time saving

I work retail. I pump with the willow while I’m working and helping customers. Time saving and extremely convenient. I love that you are completely free to move about with the bags, I bend often and the fact that the bags are spill proof is life changing. Their is an adjustment period, you have to make sure you have the correct sizing for your nipples or you will run into problems such as lower output and even damaged nipples. Highly suggest getting on a support group and being sized, having all you need before even starting with your willow. I waited because I thought I new my size, but I am not the same size as traditionally pumps compared to willow. But all in all, this pump makes it all worth it.
