Good pump

The pump has been a life saver since returning to work. It does hurt a little while pumping so I have to use it on low. Unfortunately my reusable milk containers don’t work. I won’t even get an ounce out and it tells me it’s full when it’s not. The bags work great but they are expensive when pumping 12 times a day. Overall I love the pump. Just wish the milk containers would work.

Overall love it—-but leaks

Overall it’s great pump and very convenient. However sometimes it leaks a bit when i am done pumping and take it off even when switching to 2. Also for some reason i don’t pump as much breast milk out as my spectra pump.

A must have product for working mommas!

I just wanted to thank you guys for an amazing product! I’ve been using the willow for several months now and I literally don’t know what I would have done without having this pump! As a RN and a new mom I had so much anxiety about coming back from maternity leave and trying to pump at work, especially during the pandemic. I know without the willow pump I would have most definitely lost my supply when I returned to working 12 hour shifts. So thank you so so much for helping me provide the best nutrition for my baby! We’ve made it to almost 5 months of breastfeeding now and I’m so thankful that the willow has helped us continue our journey!

I didn’t pump as much as I could with a regular double-pump. This is hands free, so I use it more often. Especially since I’m a “I have no time to rest” kind of person.
Once you get used to using it, it just becomes routine. I don’t get as much milk only because I’m trying to relactate, but would be great for those who produce well.

Not as convenient as I anticipated

Although I did enjoy the “hands free” experience of this pump I found it to be much more hassle to use than my old-school wired pump. The parts are difficult to dry leading me to go back to using my medela in the mean time. I had so many issues with the milk leaking from the sides and if you EVER forgot to switch the lock from 1 to 2 and you placed the pump down you’d findable your precious milk on the counter. With the amount of time it took to place and get a good suction using the Willow I could have been half way through my pumping with my Medela. I really wanted this to work because 1. I spent so much money on the pump, container and bags and 2. I’m a working mom who could use a little more hands-free time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One of my pumps continues to tell me to flush through multiple times and sometimes doesn’t even work . I clean it per manual with every use so I’m unsure why this continues to happen.

Worth the money

It’s definitely worth the money! I can socialize and Multitask with this pump. However It is quite large & I did have some hiccups with it but the customer service is amazing. It would also be nice if you can adjust the pump suction from the app & set the pump to stop after a certain volume or amount of time.
