Half the time, the pump didn’t work, which makes for a very stressful experience. Very disappointed after spending so much. I ended up using my free one from insurance more, which worked better. When it worked, it was convenient, but I spent more time fixing it than using it. Bags are really expensive too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for my needs!

Slight learning curve but the videos and support in the app helped that. This is perfect to pump and build supply while taking care of twins and chasing a toddler. I can still do chores or eat or be in different spaces without feeling tied down. It's also nice when out of the house to quickly pump without the extra cords. I do recommend getting the containers!

The willow company is amazing and they stand by their product.
The willow was so helpful to me for 2 months, after the 2 months both hubs needed to be replaced. They were replaced very quickly thanks to Willow, but since getting the replacements the willow no longer works for me at all. I wish it was better for me but unfortunately it is ineffective.

LOVE IT-Better than Elvie

I LOVE THIS PUMP. I started with the Elvie, as it is a little cheaper than the Willow. However about a month into using the Elvie I returned it and purchased the Willow. I am much happier with the Willow, I feel like it works better. Through YouTube reviews I have learned a few Willow tips/tricks. I just wish it had a carrying case of some sort. ITS DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY!

Without the willow my pumping journey would of ended along time ago. Now I’m 2 months shy of reaching my 1 year goal. One thing I learned is that you have to use it often to get your body used to the technology

High maintenance

I do love this pump. It empties me better than any other pump. However if you have elastic nipples, like I do, than this pump is high maintenance. I have tried every size and inserts with this pump. It ruined my nipples to the point my doctor told me I had to stop using it. I thought I had thrush for 6 months; but it just ended up being sever nipple damage from the Willow. Eventually I was pumping blood every session. If you don’t have elastic nipples I would imagine it would work amazingly. It empties fast and is a very convenient pump.
