Great portable pump 3.0

Pros:
Only has a couple parts so it’s easy to assemble.
Very quiet.
Wireless and accurate measurements to the app.
Fits larger breasts.
Great suction.
Lasts charged for 4-5 pumps.

Cons:
Only holds 4 ounces in the bags but I can get away with 5 ounces in the refillable containers.
Only comes with one charger and it takes two hours to charge that’s the biggest con for me.
Parts are pricey.
flanges only come in three sizes.

Liberating!

The willow pump allows me to multi task. I’ll get the pump attached and get to work, before I know if the container is full, I’m not waiting around to finish pumping. I’m getting things done and pumping. As a mom you have a million things to do and multi tasking is important- this pump lets you get things done! This pump is also super effective, I haven’t had to go longer than 10-15 minutes for a session. I also love that you can use bags or the containers.

Incredibly disappointing

For the last 3 months I’ve been trying to make this pump work for me, but it has become such a headache. It often does not measure the milk in the app accurately. It gives me error messages almost every single time I use it and I’m forced to take it apart and reassemble. I’ve watched the how to videos over and over looking for anything small I can do to make it work properly, but the device is simply not user friendly and/or defective. I’ve tried resetting the devices, I clean them per instructions and dry them completely, but continue to have issues. The device will often not move out of stimulation mode even though milk is flowing into the container- I have even filled the container on occasion even though I’m only in stimulation mode. The app doesn’t always connect to the device, which is devastating once I actually get it pumping to then stop, re-pair, and then start the process all over again to latch the pump on to me. Overall, I’m not happy with the product. I’ve resorted to using a manual pump that I luckily have on hand as a backup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sweet freedom

Absolutely the best part of this pump is the freedom it gives you. Aside from that I went from having a nightstand that was covered in bottles and a total disaster to a very simple set up. I tend to use the bags because they are much easier to use than the containers, but I’m still working on learning how those work. The suction on these is impressive and I find that I need to use the lower suction, which still gives me more milk than my old pump. I love the app and the timer feature. The only downside is that I'm a small person and I look like I got massive fake boobs when I walk around in these. One small piece was broken upon arrival and customer service covered it under the 90 day warranty no problem.

Perfect for this River Barge Operator

I work on a river barge and cannot be sitting next to a power outlet all the time, not to mention being able to use my hands for maintenance work. This was a really good investment.
I can’t say how this compares to other cordless, hands-free pumps, but I can say that it’s much better than the Medela pump I started pumping with. I can slip these guys on and off pretty quickly after some learning and practice. Awesome!
A few side notes:
This isn’t a low profile gadget. Once you have them on your boobs, they will look a lot bigger (at least to me) and they will stick straight up and out. This made me a little self-conscious walking around, although people probably wouldn’t notice that much.
Also, I had a few minor issues technology-wise but was they were very easy to fix without technical support. One pump unpaired itself while pumping so it didn’t record the milk amount but continued to pump nonetheless.
Lastly, the only other thing I had a little trouble learning was not securing my bra at the right time to maintain suction so it would give me a warning, but that’s user error on my part.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for busy mom life

I purchased this pump with my second child hoping for pumping independence. With my first child I hated every minute of pumping and felt trapped. Now with Willow I enjoy pumping. I have the freedom to pretty much do anything. Driving, chasing my toddler, cooking, cleaning, or changing diapers all possible. This pump has definitely made my life with 2 kids easier.

Willow pumps are absolutely amazing! i first started off with another brand pump connected to a wall and that wasn’t working for me, I felt like I was a slave to the pump when I had to pump. I felt like I couldn’t get anything done after pumping then having to start feeding again. Now I can put on my pumps and do just about anything, especially now that I started working again. Only 3pieces to clean, super quiet, and not super heavy. However, the app doesn’t accurately measure your output, so I’ve started to pour into a bottle first before storing in bag (I first pump into the containers). Another con- it’s difficult to make sure your nipples are centered especially once you have started pumping. Overall I’m so happy I bought these pumps!!!

So far one pump doesn’t work because the suction doesn’t adjust and I got a container that was reusable but also doesn’t work.
