It's okay...

This pump is very helpful if you need to do something and pump in a pinch. Don't expect it to fully drain your breasts. I have pumped for up to 30 minutes and after my breasts still hurt and feel full about an hour later. I definitely get more out of my other pump. Willow kind of pinches your nipple and it doesn't feel very comfortable. It is not discreet at all. If you don't want anyone to notice you better wear a sweatshirt that is three sizes too big, but they will still hear the pump. If your pump parts are not fully dry, forget it working fully. I spent 12 minutes trying to get it to work while the other one was pumping away. Time is precious!!! The app needs some work because it doesn't always connect to your pump. I only use it when my baby is taking a short nap and I need to pump quick otherwise I just use my trusty Medela pump!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The right pump doesn’t work most of the time.

I was very excited about this pump. I work in a situation where it is hard to get away for 30-45 minutes to pump multiple times a day. So I thought this pump was perfect for me. But after only pumping a few times, the right pump wouldn’t work. I did everything they suggested but nothing seemed to work. I contacted the user support help and they have been helpful but here I am 2 weeks later and still don’t have a pump that consistently works. They say that it is not put together right or needs new flex tubes. But I can literally put the same container from the right pump and put it in the left pump and it will work perfectly. So it has to be the pump right??? I am very frustrated at this point. Even though they have tried to help, it hasn’t been successful. I would recommend this pump as long as it worked.

Easy Pumping

Thank you Willow for simplifying my pumping life! The unit is easy to wear, very quiet & has gentle suction. I no longer have to hand massage during sessions since it does all the work for me. It empties me every time. I am very happy with this purchase and recommended it to friends.

A blessing to my son & other babies too!

Thank you! In a few short days, this little guy will be a year old. I have been pumping 5-8 times a day for nearly a year. Willow is my only pump and has allowed me to pump at work, at home, on the go, and pump during an international move. I have provided enough milk for my son and have donated to three other babies.

One of the best purchases I made

The willow pump is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about it! It makes breast milk only feeding very easy to accomplish! I am able to pump on the go - from walking my dog to road trips I have used the willow in so many different situations I can’t list them all.
I highly recommend splurging on the Willow is your insurance does not cover it fully - it is well worth the spend.

Tricky but worth it

I cannot give this product a full 5 stars. It’s not a perfect fit for me. Some times I forget to flip the switch when done and when I take off the pump my milk leaks out. A total my bad but it’s frustrating. My boobs are big so wearing this in public is not an option, it’s embarrassing and it’s also not very comfortable at times with the suction onto the breast, if something bumps it it sends stings throughout my boobs, I also have trouble carrying my baby if wearing both. I do like the convenience of it being hands free, I wear it while driving. I wish I could wear it to work, my boobs are already big, I’m a dental hygienist and lean over patients all day so I can’t function with them on and do my job without hitting patients in the face. It is quiet though and really cool. I love it but it’s not a perfect fit for me as far as what my expectations were. But I don’t regret this purchase and am learning how to remember to switch the switch when done pumping so I don’t spill my milk, and lather up the flanges with lanolin or nipple butter to optimize comfort with the suction onto my breast.

I love my pump, and like most technology, it has had some glitches. The customer service is outstanding. Every time I’ve called about an issue, they help over the phone, and overnight the new parts or pump.
