Smart pumping done right

I absolutely love the pump. I work as a nurse and don’t always have time to pump because I have to get back to patient care. The Willow 3 has been a game changer for me, it’s so quiet after the stimulation phase that I see patients while wearing it throughout the day. I can pump longer than 15 minutes (because my body doesn’t like power pumping). My milk supply has increased, I can keep up with my toddler!!
I was worried about the profile of it because I am NOT small busted (36H), and honestly no one can tell I am wearing it! The only thing that was tricky at first was remembering not to bend over with the containers on (whoops) and a couple of learning curves with the “flip to finish.” But I have overall been absolutely thrilled.
The suction is actually more powerful than the other pump I had, but doesn’t leave me sore. Much kinder rhythm while getting the output I wanted. I am a thrilled customer!!

Improved my quality of life & great customer service

I was hesitant to purchase considering the price, however I decided to buy it since I’m exclusively pumping as my LO can’t nurse. Having to pump every 3 hours is time consuming, life altering, and exhausting to say the least! However, now that I ya e the Willow I feel like I got part of my life back! I can pump and not be attached to a chair and actually multitask. I ask get more milk with the Willow compared to my traditional pump. Shortly after receiving my pump I noticed a “clicking” from one pump and then I noticed a crack causing interference with the pump and container. I emailed customer service and they immediately responded and I received a replacement pump within 3 days. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs to pump frequently.

So disappointed

I ordered the generation 3 and containers figuring it would be worth the investment since i exclusively pump. The problems started with my left pump becoming undetectable with my Bluetooth, then i realized my output with that pump was decreasing drastically. I called willow and they replaced the left pump. Now my container is defective saying all full when there is less than an oz in it making it unusable. Due to all the issues with my left pump i ended up getting a clogged duct which lead to mastitis leading to almost no milk in my left breast which is devastating. I wish i never purchased and i wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially those who exclusively pump.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Freedom With Some Quirks

I absolutely love the freedom the willow gives me! I can bottle feed, do laundry, dishes etc while pumping which is super helpful! However, the amount the app calculates that I pump VS what I actually pump is waaaaay off! The app will say I pumped 1.5oz on one side, but it’ll actually be like 1oz. Which isn’t the end of the world, but is annoying when looking at my pump history to have to calculate about .5 less for each side.

Changed my Life

Willow thought of everything. I bought this pump because I had to fly for a work trip and knew we would be driving to meetings all day with colleagues in the car. I didn't want to take time to stop, find a place to plug in and have everyone wait for me....but then I found this, had it shipped to meet me in CA (opened and sanitized and charged it) and the next day I took it out on the road. It worked like a dream and nobody even noticed I was pumping. I even wore them in the office while at my computer and people had no idea. Honestly, for a working mom....there is nothing like it. The are quiet and better than the pumps I've used at the hospital. So thankful for this product.

Game changer

I purchased the Willow while pregnant with my second son because I anticipated not having a lot of time or flexibility to pump with a toddler around. This pump had a bit of a learning curve but the videos were really helpful and now that I have the hang of it, I love it! I’m able to pump 4oz in ten minutes and have enough milk to spare so that my husband can help me with night feedings (something I never was able to do before). Love this pump!

Makes life easily manageable

I have a 2 year old and a newborn, and having the Willow pump easily allows me to pump when I want to and need to. It takes so much stress out of my day knowing that I can pump while doing my daily activities, instead of having to set aside time to sit down and pump. The willow is fast, easy, and efficient. Their customer service is also fast, easy, friendly, and efficient. It really does take the work out of pumping so you can spend your time on more important things. I would definitely recommend it!

Love my Willow!

I have the 3.0 and I don’t use any other pump and have awesome output. I mainly use the containers, but will use the bags when I’m able get out and about. I’m a teacher, and with distance learning I don’t have anyone to cover my classes so that I can pump. Willow has been a lifesaver! I wouldn’t be able to keep pumping without it!
