Life changing

I wish I would have bought this sooner. I hated being stuck to a wall with my spectra pump. I look a bit like Dolly Parton while wearing it but it is so worth it to be able to move around while pumping. I use the containers. It all takes some getting use to. I still have some mishaps with leaking if I lean forward really far. I’ve told everyone I know about them. They are also so much easier to use in the car!! I pump longer than I did with my spectra but get so much more milk. I also don’t get plugged ducts like I use to with my spectra.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There was a learning curve to these. Now that I’ve figured it out I love it!
Saves a ton of time being able to comfortably pump while on the go. I would say it’s strong enough to effectively empty my breasts The only downside still is it’s a little messy when removing the bags It’s getting better, but a little milk stays in the flange. Now that I know how to keep it from spilling on me and everything else, it’s not a big issue.

Horrible Pump

I thought this pump would be so useful postpartum while trying to do things around the house simultaneously while pumping but it’s the complete opposite. Got the correct flange size but still very very very minimal milk pumped out (0.5-1 oz max), whereas with an old school Medela symphony I’ve been pumping out 3-4 oz each session. Willow is a horrible product and I really wish there was a good return policy. I’m also a nurse in the ICU and I thought this product would be useful when I go back to work - but no. I don’t know what to do with it now - and also one of the milk containers is now somehow broken and won’t connect to the pump. I would never ever recommend this product to first time moms.

Higher output achieved with my Willow than hospital grade pump! Hands free is key to getting through my day. Highly recommended. If you are on the fence about purchasing, JUST DO IT.

I love that I can pump wherever, whenever and be on the go. I can pump while in the car, doing laundry, picking up, ect. It is so convenient! I also love the app to track how much I am pumping and a summary of how much I have that day.

Do not recommend

This pump has been such a disappointment and I regret purchasing it. It is difficult to put on, does not accurately calculate the milk collected, is painful and does not wear as seamless as all the advertisements. It has many technical difficulties and I’ve even had to replace a pump. Still the experience has not been a good one. I have given it a good try for 1 year and the only good thing I can say is that I’ve been able to use it for emergency situations where I need to pump on the go. It does not give very good output, probably because it is so painful and there is no control of the stimulation and expression settings. I told a friend not to get it and she purchased it anyway and now also regrets the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wish I would have bought sooner

I looked into getting a totally hands free pump for months before I finally committed and I regret waiting. Having the willow has completely changed pumping for the better for me. I love that I don't have to be stuck at my desk or in a set spot. It is comfortable and easy to get the hang of. Like any new thing there is a little learning curve but after a couple of pumps you feel like a pro.
My only complaint would be that I spill sometimes when I'm using the reusable containers and I bend over and it is a little louder than expected. But other than that I love it.
This pump completely saved my breastfeeding journey and I regret how long I waited to purchase it

Amazing

Willow is amazing. I hated being stuck to a wall with the traditional pumps. With willow I can pump anytime, anywhere. I can actually play with my little ones while pumping, no more missing out on those precious moments.
