Not powerful like gen 1

I was extremely excited about purchasing the updated version Gen 3. I previously had a gen 1 that burnt out after a lot of successful pumping! Unfortunately the gen 3 is no where near as strong as the gen 1 and my supply has been tanked by it not properly emptying. I’ve tried different size flanges also. As much as I want to recommend this product, I can not because it does not match up to the quality of the gen 1.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love Them! One pump stopped working

I really enjoy using the pumps. They are efficient and fast for pumping on the go. However, one of the pumps stopped working after one month of use, and will not turn back on. I am upset that I have to purchase another pump because they are quite expensive. I expected both to last throughout my time breastfeeding. This is month 4 and my production has slowed down due to using one pump. I will be ordering another, but I am not too happy about money wasted.

I’m in love with my willow!!!!

I am in love with my willow. I pump while working, driving, getting ready for the day or cooking dinner. Having the freedom to pump but still get things done is so amazing! The customer service department has been wonderful. I had an issue with my pump, contacted them Monday and had a new one by Thursday. I highly recommend the willow!

So Easy

I am a first time mom and the Willow pump is the only pump I have used. It is incredibly user-friendly, easy to use, and makes pumping accessible throughout the day. Willow’s customer service is also excellent. One of my pumps malfunctioned and Willow had a replacement delivered to me within 48 hours. Great product, great company!

Love it but it had some quirks

Love the convenience, the suction is something to get used to. Once I figured out some of the reasons why it won’t latch and some deep cleaning techniques for the containers, my frustration when the blinking light was on went down.
I wish the gen 3 came with bags for the pumps to protect them when out and about. Also I find I have to use some much nipple cream that my bra stains the pumps.
It would be useful if you could adjust the measured amounts in the app. If it didn’t latch properly then the sessions amount is off and throws off your daily total. Also it would be nice if you could add to your total as sometimes I use my other Pump in the middle of the night. Otherwise having an app to track production is amazing.

Wish I would have bought it sooner! But big learning curve

I have been pumping for about 9 months now. I used my Spectra exclusively for the first 6 months. I have been using the Willow over the past month. It truly is a game changer. I can pump on my commute to work, while grocery shopping, while documenting at my job, and while cooking supper! I wish I would have purchased my Willow sooner! There are two negatives; one being the learning curve. I spilled a good bit of milk at first because I use the containers. I have gotten much better at pouring from the containers now. I do think it’s weird how they only send you one charger. It takes 2 hours for one to charge and then you have to switch to charge the other. It last about 5 pumps.
