Disappointed

I was SO excited about this pump. I am a working mom and really liked the idea of no cords, wires etc. I really loved the pump for the first 2 weeks I had it. It worked great and i even seemed to pump more!
But once I ordered the containers (bags are awesome but I felt like it is too expensive and waste to use them every time I pump), the pumps don't work.
I have spent hours trying to get the containers working but the pumps, mainly the right one, just give error message after error message. Air VERY easily gets in and gives false readings and now I can't get the right pump to work at all!
There is something going on with the tubes as well so now I can barely get the bags to work with the pumps.
Also the pumps do not hold a charge like they did when I first bought them.
I feel like for having only used these for less than a month, I just wold not recommend spending the money. Its a big investment for time wasted trying to get them working.
I have been so BUMMED with these and not so sure I would buy them again. I also reached out to customer service for help and have not heard back.

A Necessity

Willow pump is absolutely life changing! Prior to purchasing Willow pumps, I had been exclusively pumping for 5 months attached to a cord & a wall for up to 3 hours a day. I regret ever purchasing another pump besides this one. Now I enjoy the freedom of being able to pump anywhere and everywhere. I work in the dental field and it was challenging to pump on a schedule.. now I’m able to discreetly pump while working on patients!
I had a small issue with one of my pump containers not sealing all the way. I contacted customer support and had a great experience. The representative was super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!
This is a must have for every mom out there! It increased my supply, gave me freedom away from a cord, and less time awake at night pumping. I promise it’s worth every penny!

Game changer!!

After a few days of lengthy fights for a good latch, I had to transition to exclusively pumping to continue our breastfeeding journey. After a few weeks of pumping with a traditional pump, I thought I might not make it as long as I wanted with feeding my baby breastmilk. I was constantly tethered to the wall and was having to start and stop multiple pumping sessions to tend to baby throughout the day. Enter Willow. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and am able to pump untethered - I can lay down on the couch, get dishes done, pick up baby, drive to pediatrician appointments - so many things! I feel so much more productive and I’m actually getting more milk because I’m able to pump more consistently. Definitely a learning curve to get started and it has a few quirks for sure, but in comparison to a traditional pump it is amazing. I seriously love this pump and have recommended it to all my new mom friends and my mom group on Facebook.

Makes pumping so convenient

I’ve been using my willow a few times a week for two months now. It makes pumping on the go super convenient and easy! It is a learning curve getting started with this pump but so worth it. My hair dresser was so shocked that I was pumping white no noise or tubes while she did my hair! Highly recommended.

Love the portability, it has a decent battery life and suction ability for a wireless pump.. Assembly/ attachment is a bit tricky In the beginning but you get the hang of it with some practice. Suction is good and it feels well attached to you throughout the session. Love that I can pump in any position. App is great for tracking And troubleshooting but the volume isn't accurate (generally too low compared to what I actually pump). Not discreet and is louder than I expected. I was planning on pumping while working during my shift but due to noise it would be awkward with clients. Also nice that it automatically turns off after 25 min. but you get the option to continue pumping simply by pressing a button.
I think the pour opening on the containers could be better ( it takes some quick maneuvers to ensure nothing gets spilled when transferring from container to storage bag). The app could use some work on its accuracy and I wish that the flanges for the containers could be interchangeable rather than having to buy two container sets in different sizes.

Life changing device!

I had the first Willow and loved it then! I now have the generation 3 and can definitely tell that there have been improvements. It is more comfortable and intuitive and thus far I seem to get even more milk than before. Do not get discouraged in the beginning, there is a learning curve for sure! But once you get the hang of it, it’s amazing. I’m a nurse in open heart surgery and can wear it at work. Without it, pumping would be nearly impossible some days. Beau gen cushions also seem to have increased the comfort level while pumping. I can barely feel it at all! Customer service is also awesome, they’re there to help in any way they can and clearly want to see their customers succeed in using the pump. If you’re on the fence, do it!

Unreliable and finnicky.

Great customer service replacing pieces as needed, but I have SO many issues with the pump. I frequently receive assembly errors, or issues with the valve, where it thinks I've pumped 4 oz, but I've only pumped one. I would not recommend this product due to its lack of reliability. When it works, it's GREAT, but I have to have a Spectra pump as backup which isn't practical.
