Amazing Product!

I have used Willow for 4 weeks exclusively, pumping 7-8 times a day and it has by far been amazing! My daughter is currently in the NICU, so running around is the name of the game. Willow has made it so easy to be in my car or away from home and still be able to pump! I honestly don't know if I could do it with out my Willow!
Cons: Price and how often parts need replacing, this is not a product just anyone could afford or even most people. The upkeep of the containers and flex tubes alone is outrageous! Sizing is very hard, i used Willows coin test and got terrible friction burn around the base of my nipples from too much areola being sucked into the tunnels. After properly measuring myself and ordering inserts it is a lot more comfortable but I am still having to heal from the bad fitted flanges.

Greatest invention

I’m constantly driving for work and the willow pump has been a game changer. I pump on the drive without having to be plugged in to a wall. It fits in my purse and not bulky.

Pleasantly surprised

I was a little hesitant of the Willow after hearing reviews of how it compared to the Elvie, because of this I chose to buy the Elvie. After trying the Willow for a month I’ve come to the conclusion that maybe people give up on it before giving it a shot and really learning how to use the Willow. It took me a couple weeks to get used to it and figure it out but once I did I was really happy. I’m happy with the comfort, milk output and convenience of the bags. Once I got the correct flange size the willow was not uncomfortable to pump with at all, my milk output is the same if not sometimes more than my Elvie (keep in mind it took a couple weeks for my body to adjust to willow, it was not immediate). I love that I can easily move around and not worry about spills with the bags!

I LOOVE my willow pump!!! When I bought it, I wasn’t sure if I was going back to work or not. Recently, we’ve decided that I would stay home. I thought that because I was going to stay home, I wouldn’t find a use for it, but boy was I wrong.
I love the willow because of its mobility! I’m not tethered to a cord or a wall outlet so that means I can do house chores (cooking, folding laundry), or do some crafting while I pump. I used to waist precious moments away from my child (while he’s asleep) attached to an electric pump. With willow, I can pump and do other stuff (multitasking at its best).
Willow is also very good! The suction on those babies are insanity! I can usually pump 4 or so ounces for both boobs with my electric pump. With willow, I can get almost 8! They do a better job of emptying me (my husband has noticed the smaller boobs after a willow pump) and I’m able to split my pumped milk between my son and a donation pile.
The only issue I’ve had is that the flange for the milk bags are too big and I think that’s why I’ve been getting air in my bags. I’ve pretty much gave up on those and stuck with the milk container (which I love).

Game Changer

This is my third child and I wish I had this pump for all 3! The amount of parts you to clean are minimal which is great and most importantly the freedom to pump anywhere without the hassles of a traditional pump. In only 12 weeks postpartum, I’ve already pumped more than my first two combined. I do recommend buying the containers if you plan on pumping a lot, especially for use at home. I don’t use the bags as much. Overall I absolutely LOVE the willow pump.

Takes some getting used to...but definitely worth it in the end!

I had been pumping with a Medela pump for 8 months before I got the willow. I got so worn down being stuck next to an outlet six times a day, and after seeing this pump, I was so excited about the idea of a wearable pump. I really struggled with the price, but thankfully, willow does payment plans with no interest so that is a definite plus.
But when I first got the pump, I had a lot of issues. I got the containers which I figured would be less wasteful and more eco friendly, but you really need to make sure they are clean. A couple days after using the pump, it would suddenly stop pumping saying that it was “full”, only to find that there was less than an ounce in there. I mean, I understand being a little off, but it was ridiculous! Thankfully, customer service was great and sent me a new container. Only for those containers to also malfunction and give me a false “full” sign. Turns out, the valve just gets easily gunked up which gives that false reading. Customer service suggested I soak it in vinegar, but I just soaked it in water and citric acid (which is what I use to get rid of hard water stains on other appliances around my house) and this fixed the problem right away. As long as I do this, the pump works fine.
So in conclusion, this pump honestly is great. Had a few hiccups in the beginning, and it does take some extra care in cleaning, but it has really changed my life a lot, and it has definitely been worth the money! Now I can actually be mobile and active rather than sitting sadly next to the wall while my husband plays with our daughter. Definitely love it a lot

The BEST pump ever

I NEVER write reviews on anything but I absolutely love my Willow pump and want other moms to know how amazing it is! I was very hesitant to purchase a pump like this since everyone I know has a traditional pump, but I am so glad I made the decision. The freedom that this pump allows me is absolutely fantastic. I work in an outpatient cardiac rehab and I do not have to stop working while pumping (I wear a nursing cover that looks like a large scarf). My patients have no idea I am pumping and I come home each day with bottles for my son to go to daycare with the next day.
I pump about eight times in a 24 hour period exclusively with the Willow pump. My left pump was not working properly after three months of use and after working with the amazing customer service representatives troubleshooting my problem, they ended up replacing my pump within three days. Every experience I have had with customer service through text, email or phone call have been fantastic. I am so impressed with this company and their product. I will forever be a Willow mom!

My New Breastfeeding journey!!!

Let me just start off by saying thank you to the inventor who came up with this idea I haven’t been able to see what her name is but I thank you for inventing this for mom‘s like myself. I just received my willow pump yesterday which is February 12, 2020 and from the moment that I took it out the box to breast pumping for my baby I’ve been nothing but Excited! This is about to be the best pump is that there is out today! I believe this pump is better than the leading competitors “Elvie”. I know that it’s early on with me just using this pump but I love it !! and I haven’t seen any bad things going wrong so far the only thing I will say is that Willow should make bigger flange sizes for moms with bigger breasts and nipples because I do believe I will need a bigger size Flange(27mm currently, Hurry with the release date for the 30.5 mm). I would recommend this pump to any new mom, old mom, and a mom - in -between. I almost gave up breast-feeding and I am so glad that I am not attached to a wall anymore , not dreading to pump milk, and I can live my best life and a new breast life with my children, being on the go with the two-year-old and now a newborn. I hope this review helps any mom out there thinking about getting this breast pump my insurance covered mine and I’m hoping that they can get more companies out there that can either fully cover or partially cover this breast pump.I’m hoping that Willow can start to directly bill the insurance so that you won’t need to get reimbursed and come out of your pocket first but it’s a good investment I can say!
