It stopped working soon after purchase

I bought my willow a few days before going back to work. Initially it worked great but after 1 month, it’s efficiency declined.
I pump only 1 ounce with Willow but if I switch to my spectra, I will pump 5 ounce!!! Why this happened all of the sudden , I don’t know. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The pump for moms who hate pumping!

Just had my third child and I did not look forward to pumping milk. Saw this pump on Instagram and thought it was too good to be true...but it wasn’t! I can pump anytime and anywhere! Do chores, play with my kids...heck, I can even pump and feed my baby at the same time!! Pumping is no longer a stressful chore. I would recommend moms to buy the milk containers and use your own milk bags to save money.

2nd baby, first time BF, successful bc of Willow!

First babe wasn’t successful with BF the “classic” pump I used kept me tied to one spot, a million pieces. I wanted to BF this time and I wanted to be successful. My insurance reimbursed $180 of any pump I bought. I used my HSA to pay for the rest. I also bought an extra charger and the containers too. I chose the willow after reading many reviews and blogs. I am so so thankful for the pump. They work so well. I can move freely and the parts are quick to assemble and easy to clean. I have both the containers and the bags. I like the bags better. My HSA continues to pay for the bags as I need them. My advise to the new willow moms is watch the videos on the app. Super helpful! 2 months and counting. I’ve never been so proud.

The best thing ever

The Willow Pump has really made pumping easier, with my first kid i dreaded pumping, sitting there for 20-40 min at a time was sometimes quite difficult when you have to care for newborn as well. After making the decision to purchase Willow pump with my second, it made it a lot easier for me to pump on schedule and clean and care for baby all while pumping ! I must admit tho it was difficult to get the right alignment, I almost gave up on the pump but kept trying cause of how convenient it was. After you get use to it, it’s very easy to use.

Great product

Frankly I haven’t had any issues with this pump. It worked from the start on my first try with great results. I respond well to it even on the lowest setting so I haven’t even had to try increasing the intensity. It has definitely been a game changer for me with a full time job, a toddler, a newborn and a husband that is away for work often. I was only able to breastfeed for 7 months (plus a 2 month freezer stockpile) with my first because of the demands on my schedule but Willow has made a huge difference this time around and I have no doubt I will get to the one year mark and beyond. The containers are amazing too.

Big expense but there is no substitute for the freedoms I’ve found pumping with Willow.

I was skeptical for the amount of money I invested into this product, but honestly it’s been worth the expense. I exclusively pump and it’s made that job so much easier to do in public and at work. There are countless times I’ve told my husband that without willow I would have had to skip out on various events or go out to the car to pump. I’ve only had a couple mechanical issues and the customer support team has been very proactive in helping remedy the situation. Really count ask for a better service team and to me, paying the upfront cost is worth the warranty and support I’ve received thus far.

Great for busy (all) moms!

I decided to invest in a wireless pump after returning back to work after 8 weeks and finding it SO hard to get pump breaks in. I run a chiropractic office and things are always crazy. It made ME crazy sitting tied to a wall for 20 minutes to pump thinking about all the work I needed to be doing so I would put it off until my boobs were about to pop & I was really afraid about that affecting my supply. It was Elvie vs Willow & I decided on Willow after reading many reviews. I love this pump! It’s easy to use, sleek & works like a champ! I am getting the same output I was with my Medela and now I can get it on and off in under a minute so it’s quick for me to get back to work in between pumps also. I have not had Good luck with my containers so I’m only using bags currently which I do not love (plastic waste) but that is my only real complaint so far. I need to troubleshoot them more I guess. I love the freedom this pump has allowed me & I would definitely recommend!

I was super excited, but let down quickly

I have been eyeing this pump for quite some time. I finally decided to take the plunge and purchase it. I work two jobs and I have very limited breaks for pumping. Buying the Willow was going to be my saving grace.
I was super excited when I received the box. When I opened it I was a little surprised to find out it only came with one charger, but I let it slide. It also isn’t as discreet as they claim it to be. It’s pretty noisy and it’s hard to use when wearing form fit clothing.
I purchased one of the suggested nursing bras to go along with my new pump. I watched videos over and over again and practiced, a lot. I was now a pro at using the Willow! Fast forward to about a week of using the pump. It stopped registering on the app. It randomly shut off every now and then and it wasn’t giving an accurate output count on the app. I decided to purchase the containers for the pump to see if it would help. I also was hoping it would save me some money since the bags are pretty expensive. It worked well for a little while. But then it went right back to the same issues. I contacted customer service. It took several days to hear from anyone and the person who reached out to me was very little help. They would message me sporadically and they sent me videos that I had already watched for trouble shooting.
Fast forward a bit, I’ve now been using the willow for 2 months. Two nights ago I was at my second job and the left side stopped working completely. It was making funny noises, it wouldn’t even register on the app, it wasn’t sucking at all, it was dead. I contacted customer service again and have yet to get a response.
I’m pretty disappointed to say the least. This product isn’t cheap! I’m afraid that I am going to be out the several hundred dollars I spent and without a pump. Im not sure I would recommend this product. I feel like it should come with two chargers given the amount they charge. I feel customer service could be a bit better and overall the pump doesn’t work that great. Hopefully everyone else has better luck.
