Freedom

The ability to pump while doing chores, such as the endless loads of laundry a baby produces, or even just when out running errands in the little time outside the house and away from the baby, is worth every penny this pump cost. I love that I don’t have to worry about leaks, cause that milk is liquid gold!

Fantastic pump!

I love the Willow pump for the freedom it gives me. I am able to move around, empty dishwasher, fold clothes, etc. while I pump. I really didn’t have much trouble at all Lear I gotta how to fit the Willow correctly and my production has gone up! When I go back to work in 2 weeks as a nurse I’ll be able to continue working while I pump!

Great for travel, but some kinks

The willow is great for traveling and pumping on the go. I have gone on easy hikes, in the car and on planes. It’s great because it is a few pieces and no tubing. I find getting the latch set up properly a little challenging while on the go. Sometimes it takes 15 min to get the pump aligned properly and out of simulation phase. So a pumping session could take closer to 40 min instead of 25. The app is a bit buggy - it crashes or sometimes freezes. My output is a little less then with a traditional pump (medela freestyle, symphony and pump in style). On the whole, it’s great for travel or pumping on the go, but wouldn’t use it as my sole pump.

More than convenient, it’s efficient!

I am a stay at home mom and just had my third baby in four years. While the Willow seems to be marketed toward moms working outside of the home, the pump has been essential to helping me take care of myself and my pumping needs while also caring for my family. I can pump and play with my toddlers, pump and fold laundry, or even pump and drive to preschool. I expected and am pleased with the freedom Willow gives me. What has been an unexpected, and beyond appreciative feature is the efficient latch/suction. I can pump more in much less time than with my Medela PSA. This let’s me squeak in pumping sessions even when I’m pressed for time. There was a bit of a learning curve, my pumps sometimes need to be reset, and can have difficulty with my abundant milk supply, but I have been thrilled overall with this pump!!

Connivence is key with this

Willow takes some getting used to. Deff feel like it’s easy tho for washing it as many parts as others, and I have three kids and can’t be plugged in a wall. I do feel like that sometimes it takes more thought getting it on and going correctly but I’m only on 4?weeks of using, so maybe that. Over all it fits my lifestyle and works for what I’m doing.

Game changing

As I prepared for the arrival of my second child, I was dreading pumping. I remembered being endlessly tied down and forever at the sink cleaning pump parts. I decided I would breastfeed my second and NEVER pump. When it came time to go back to work, that would mean I would transition to formula. My first business trip was scheduled for only one month postpartum. As I approached the date, breastfeeding was going well and I was sad, but determined not to become a slave to a pump again. Enter the Willow. A few well placed ads had me researching a product that seemed too good to be true. A pump that fit MY needs. I ordered the pump and never looked back.
I'm now 3 months postpartum with a healthy, happy, breastfed baby. I have almost one month (!) of milk stored in my freezer. I pump when and where I need to pump - including on airplanes, in cars, and on the move. I can stay on schedule and not skip a beat when I'm away from my baby. There is no way I would be at this point without the Willow.
The details:
- Thrilled with the release of the new container and 21mm size. This allowed me to pump at home without unnecessarily using bags. The combination of the bags and the container truly makes this the most versatile pump possible! I'm hoping there will be additional sizes released for the regular flange for the bags in the near future. Having a flange that fits well is essential.
- Highly recommend watching all of the instructional and troubleshooting videos prior to starting. They will position you for success and soon it'll be second nature.
- Thrilled with the release of the new container and 21mm size. This allowed me to pump at home without unnecessarily using bags. Disappointing to say the least

I was so excited about my pump purchase, until I actually tried it. I get HORRIBLE output with it. I’m an exclusive pumper and with a traditional pump will get 10-12oz per 30ish min session. With the willow I can pump for 45 minutes and barely get half that, then I have to go back to my traditional pump to finish the job. This would be worth the price tag if it actually performed as expected, but it doesn’t. Really wish I could return this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best pump!

I love this pump, especially now with the reusable container. It has helped me get my supply back since I’m able to pump more often. Having to hooked up to an outlet would make me choose doing anything else on my to do list instead of “wasting” 20 min sitting. Worth the price!
