Learning curve, but WORTH IT

I love this pump. I use it at home, with my 2 kids, one 2.5 years and one 4 months. It doesn't get in the way when I'm holding one, or both kids. The app is user friendly and lets me know exactly how much I'm pumping. Its SO nice not being stuck to a wall or completely exposed like with a traditional pump! Only con is that it takes some finesse to get the placement right the first two or three uses. I found that I HAVE to wear a nursing bra or other high coverage bra to get the pump to touch enough of my breast to not get any extra air in the bag. Aside from that, I have 0 complaints and tell everyone I know to get it!

Life changer!

The willow was gifted to me during my pregnancy. At first, I didn't appreciate or understand the importance of the willow....then month 2 came. I was an overproducer and had to pump a few times a day in addition to breast feeding. The willow allowed me the ability to feed my daughter while pumping (one on each side:)), do the dishes, sit and watch TV, etc. ...all without being tied to cords and/or the wall. I travel frequently for work and being able to have my pump in my purse was a complete game changer. I could pump on the airplane without having to be stuck in the bathroom and without putting anything down on the counter!
I have recommended the willow to all of my pregnant and nursing friends.
I am very large breasted (34E) and read some reviews that suggested this is an issue- I can say that while sometimes it took a little longer to latch, I never had an issue with using the willow with the larger flange size.

Time saver

I love Willow. I wasn't sure about ordering, but I'm so happy that I did. Willow allows me to get ready for work in the morning while pumping! As a mother of 3 that is amazing. I work in a fast paste environment and I only get paid for the time worked. Willow allows me to continue to work while expressing milk therefore I can get home sooner. Its quiet and discreet. Willow has allowed me to continue my breastfeeding journey!

Willow gives me freedom to pump wherever

I have a preemie and have been almost exclusively pumping for 9 months now. I don't think I could have done that without Willow. It gives me the freedom to pump wherever, and I have pumped in restaurants, while cycling home and during meetings. 4 stars instead of 5 because I think the suction is on the strong side, my output is a bit less than with my Spectra or Medela pump and I think the app can be improved. Also, I think you have a wealth of data that is unexplored (or at least not exposed to the customer) that I think you could incorporate into the product (e.g. overview of output over time, prediction of output, estimated pump time to reach a certain output and much much more). Feel free to contact me if you're looking for a data scientist ;)

I was very hopeful that the Willow would allow me to continue to pump while I work a demanding job. Unfortunately, the consistency of function especially after the last update has been lacking. I’m disappointed that my financial investment hasn’t rendered a better outcome supporting such an important part of my journey breastfeeding my baby.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pumping at Work Made Easy

The Willow has made pumping at work so easy. It has also allowed me to attend events like football games and weddings without having to leave early or carry around a huge bag of pumping equipment. My only complaints are that the bags are expensive and they are sometimes a pain to connect. I recently ordered the reusable milk container and am hoping that it will resolve these issues.

Faulty Right Pump - Terrible Customer Service

I purchased the Willow after the birth of our third child. I breastfed and pumped the other two times as well, but with different pumps. Which is to say, this isn't my first rodeo, and I have things down pretty well. The Willow worked great at first. I was very happy. It worked quickly, if messily, and helped with my morning pumps especially. The one of my pumps stopped working, so I contacted Willow. I have since been in TWO MONTHS of back and forth correspondence where they give me unhelpful hints of things to try like "resetting" it. In that time, one of the other pumps stopping registering how much milk was in it, but that appears to be fixed by the latest app update. I have reset the other pump multiple times and watched all of the videos. I've just gone back to using the Spectra and the Medela from my earlier pregnancies because Willow doesn't seem to believe that they issued a faulty product. Rather than a refund, I just want a replacement pump that works because when it worked, it was great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth the money

I think this pump can be a little intimidating at first but once you figure it out it’s a game changer. It really has made pumping so much easier and I find that I actually want to pump (I know crazy right?). If I could make one suggestion to the company it would be for them to include a second charger or one that has two plugs so you can charge both pumps at the same time. It would also be nice to have some sort of case for the pump and accessories so that things don’t get lost or broken.
