Best pump I've tried

There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of it, it is super easy to use. I love the convenience of being hands free which is a must for me since I have a toddler running around. The suction is pretty powerful even on the lowest setting and I had a great output.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Life changer!

I am an emergency veterinary technician. I work long shifts and the majority of the time, we are crazy busy. It's hard enough to find time to take a sip of water so it was especially hard to find 20 minutes to go pump. Willow let's me triage rooms as get treatments done while pumping. There is a bit of a learning curve but is very easy to figure out how to use it.

Saved my sanity

I think this is the one investment I have ever been as vocal of an advocate for. This allowed me to take care of my child and keep working on my dissertation. I'm now a mother of an eight-month-old and a Ph.D. holder. I love this and I can't say enough good things about the Willow.

Freedom!

I love the freedom you obtain with the pump! I felt like I got my life back and I was able to provide the best nutrition for my child. I pumped while driving, in airports, on walks, at friends' dinners, at a job orientation and just about anywhere. Sure it made my boobs look awkward but I think I noticed more than anyone else. The only reason I give this pump 4 stars is the because the bags are so expensive. The upside to the bags is that once you're done pumping, you remove the bags and you're done so no transferring is necessary which once again frees up my time for more time to enjoy life. I wouldn't have made it as long breastfeeding without this pump.

Just Forget You Are Pumping

This morning, while pumping, I was able to make a coffee for my husband and me, change my son's clothes, walk the dog, and now write this review! With a conventional pump, I was tethered to the machine in one spot in our nursery. I was lonely. Now, I can enjoy a latte, take care of my family, and get some fresh air all while making food for my baby. I pump for the full 25 minutes on Level 2. I find that this time and level completely drains the breast and releases hind milk and boosts my supply. I empty one bag of milk into a bottle for a night feed, and the other goes directly into the freezer for a rainy day. Willow is the smartest pump on the market, and that gives me a little mental break after a long night with my little one.No more mess, cleanup is a breeze, and I never cry over spilled milk. If it wasn't for Willow, I would not have a baby who drinks exclusively breastmilk. Compared to the cost of formula, Willow is a bargain and the best investment I have made for my baby.

Willow pump

Pump is average. I wouldn’t make this my primary pump and I don’t EP. I was hoping to use the willow as my work/travel pump instead of worry about being plugged into a wall and having to share an office with people it’s not easy to find private space. Willow worked decent for the first month of having it but in the past few weeks my supply as tanked because it isn’t emptying me. It never matched what I got for output from a traditional pumped but since the update and because everything needs to be so precise I barely get an oz. everyone is different some get great output and it works-for me it doesn’t and it doesn’t compare to a traditional pump unfortunately. For such a high expense i don’t know if portability is more important then risking my supply

This pump has been a game changer - I’ve pumped for 12+ months with my first 2 children - this is my third and I go back to work after 4-6 weeks- so a reliable pump is a must! This has saved so much time and energy-no more tubes and extra bras - no more hours of cleaning pump parts - no more 5-10 minute set up and pack away plus hands free=more work done during pumping sessions. Wish I had this for my last 2- thank you !

Best invention ever

If you are hesitant at all to purchase this, don’t! This was the best thing I have ever purchased for my breastfeeding/ pumping journey. I work on an extremely busy floor in a large hospital, so the willow was the answer for me! It is easy to use, and takes only a minute to put on and off. It did take my body about a month to adjust tot he suction so for a few weeks I did need to pump with willow and then a regular pump until my body adjusted because it is a different type of suction. The suction is gentle I can barely even feel it. The noise is minimal, not silent. If there is any background noise around you, you won’t be able to hear it yourself. They do make your bust seem rather large, but this can be easily concealed with a jacket or scarf. 10/10 recommend!
