If I could give this pump 0 stars I would. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! For the amount of money I spent on this pump I shouldn’t be having so many problems. My pump is constantly breaking and this is the 5th time I had to call them to tell them about the issue and all they do is send another one for it to break again. As a mother of twins I rely on this pump when I don’t have time to manually pump with my spectra, I am highly frustrated with this company and pump. DO NOT BUY TRUST ME!!

Great Pumps, a must for wanting to move and pump

The Willow Pump is so convent for being on the go for work or working around the house. Being able to move and not be tied to one place is a game changer. Fits comfortably in nursing bra, do not need a pumping bra unless you just happen to like the fit (I have both but never had to use the pump holders) I wear the Sweat and Milk brand. Love them too. PS. This is my second baby, I nurse exclusively and pump at work. I have used the same Willow 3.0 Pumps, and purchased new pump parts for baby two.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great but leaks with container

I love the willow’s features and it is nice that you can move with it. It’s comfortable to wear when you’re pumping too. But OMG it is so frustrating the leaking that happens with it! I have had a lot of trial and error learning this pump (making sure it’s on 2 not 1 when you’re taking it off or it will leak) but I’ve learned my lesson and I had it on 2 this past pump I did. Nothing was loose and yet it leaked a whole oz on my bed and I lost that milk. I’ve been trying to increase my supply because my baby has been needing to eat more than my body produces so it makes me really upset when I lose an oz of milk when I did follow the steps of disconnecting. I’ve read other reviews that talk about leaking from the containers and I think that’s what it was for me too because this wasn’t with using the bags. The milk came from the space between the pump and the container - even though it was sealed on 2! Please willow fix this issue with future pumps.

Was not a fan of the willow was only getting 1 oz of milk per pumping secession and the flip always lost milk. The app always said I was getting more milk then I was

Okay - not worth the money

Noticeably does not pump as efficiently as my Spectra pump. Also when its time to empty pump it does not drain efficiently, I lose milk due to leakage. Also these are not discreet at all. Its VERY obvious you have them in. Measurements are not accurate, it says I pump 2 oz and really its about 1 - 1.5 oz. Finally I would never workout with these on, as they are not super comfortable and would easily move around. Save your money and buy the Willow Go. It will work just fine if you need portable pumps while you do house chores and have to pick up the baby.

One of the reasons I spent so much money of the pumps is because the ad's are always saying how quiet the pumps are. My left side is but my right side is very loud, I'm not sure why but I'm pretty upset about it.

I wish I could give the zero stars because I want to return it. I have had nonstop issues with these since day one. I’ve already had to replace one battery. Now I have one side that continuously tells me the bag is full and so will not pump anymore. It also leaks regularly. And yes, I have watched every video followed every direction multiple times. I absolutely hate these. The photo is the current level which is apparently a full bag.
