I thought this would be a lot better than what it was especially for the cost. They hurt and are so big and bulky, very uncomfortable. I’ve tried multiple flange sizes and they’ve all hurt. They take longer to pump and they express way less than what my plug into the wall pump does. The idea of being able to pump on the go sounded great but overall they were not worth it to me because of the discomfort.

I have had four pumps break since December 1st and it's only February. Waste of money. Unreliable and not dependable.

Great Volume Pumps!

I got this pump because I was tired of only getting 2-3 oz from a competitor wearable after changing parts. Love this pump! I get amounts comparable to my Spectra and there’s only 3 parts to clean per pump which Is do nice. I really like the pump to bag or container options as well. Big Willow fan now!

Not worth the price

I would say this device is overly complicated for pumping. I can never get the entire contents of the milk out of the flex tube and my milk container becomes somehow pressurized so when I open it to pour the milk in a bottle it literally shoots out. For the price I would say this device is not worth it and you are far better off getting another wearable pump on the market. It is a shame I won’t be using it since it was so expensive.

Pumps Keep Breaking

Spent extra money on what I thought was going to be a dependable pump but that's not what happened. Had four pumps break within a 3 month window and had to buy a different pump. They take a week to come in and every mom knows you cant wait that long to go without pumping.

I don’t recommend it. It is not efficient at all. If i pump with other pump (15 minutes) I got triple amount what I pump with willow (35 minutes). Not worth the money. I wish I can return itNo i don’t recommend the product.

Love, but needs a little fine tuning

I love my Willow pump and the freedom it gives me, but there are some things that need some fine tuning. Having a manual input option in the app to correct the amounts if they don't read correctly shouod be included. There should also be an option to switch to expression mkde manually. Sometimes randomly the pumps don't want to connect via Bluetooth and have to be completely forgotten and repaired with my phone. Also there should be an error for when the flextubes need replaced. There's only two errors and so many things that could be the cause of them such as the flextubes or hole in the bag or a malfunction. Trying to problem shoot 7 different causes at 3 in the morning is a little rough. A misalignment error would be super neat so you know why they wont go into expression mode. You should also really include 2 chargers in the kit when you buy. This is the most expensive wearable pump on the market you're paying for the luxury so add a little more luxury. Very rarely are you only going to wear one pump so they both need charged at the same time. I will say the help and support videos are very thorough and helpful.

Great portable pumps!

I'm not sure why, but I get more output with these pumps than with my spectra! They're a little bulky and you can definitely tell I'm wearing pumps in my bra, I mean it looks like I have DDDDs, but it's worth it and you can still move around and do things without being tied to a pump machine
