Disappointing, nice concept though

Unfortunately the Willow 3.0 has not made life easier. The bags are hard to keep tucked in appropriately, one got pinched by the motor. Draining the milk from the flange is is not as straightforward as described in the booklet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke after 3rd use

They are very bulky and do cause some back strain due to weight and size. Unfortunately one of them broke after the 3rd use and I already having to submit a claim. I also didn’t know that you had to have scissors on hand in order to open the bags of milk. This means that I have to clean a pair of scissors or use a clean knife each time I pump in order to pour the milk in the bottle which is not convenient for an “on-the-go” pump. Also, the pumps waste at least 1oz of milk just from leaking after use and not getting all the milk into the bags. You have to be near a sink or pour the excess milk on the ground if you are taking them off. They are not as convenient as I had hoped unfortunately

On the go mom

I love my Willow 3.0. I’m a on the go mom and constantly driving to work, school, and sports. I love being able to use my pump discreetly in the car and at work. I have bigger breast so I had to go with the 3.0 option and this is my second child that I’m using this brand of pump with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like it if it was consistent in working properly. Sometimes it tracks the right amount pumped sometimes it does not connect to the app.

Good Hands Free Pump

This is a good hands free pump, but it is not my favorite pump. I am thankful I have a few different pumps. This pump has a different kind of sucking feature compared to my plug in pumps- which could be a little difficult to get used to. A few cons: 1. Sometimes one pump will record more than I actually expressed. 2. When I wash the pump parts, not all the water comes out of the collection part of the pump.3. Pouring from this pump into a container is hard.4. Remembering to switch from 1 to 2, then the flip while also trying to cover up can be a challenge.5. I wish the app could tell me the battery level at all times, not when turning the pump on.6. I wish the app could send me notifications when the pump is in low battery mode without the pump being on.7. This pump makes your breasts look huge- so wearing in public is not anything I would ever do.A few obvious pros:1. You can fold laundry, clean, and do many basic tasks while wearing this pump.2. The app is amazing at tracking (as long as it doesn't screw up the ounce counts)- but can tell you the time you last pumped or how many pumps per day which is great.3. They take up so much less space than a wall pump.

This my second journey and I am an exclusive pumper and buying the willow 3.0 has been a life saver. I am able to do more around the house and not feeling stuck being attach to the wall specially chasing, playing with a 4 year old and watching over my newborn. It is a bit of a learning curve but customers service has been really good and informative. I wish i would of purchased them the first time around

Best pump I’ve used hands down. I was unsure if I wanted to purchase because of the price and bad reviews but I’m happy I did. This is the only pump I use now as an exclusively pumping mom. I feel empty after each session.
