Learning Curve, but worth it!

I had some issues with the “flip to finish” and alignment at first. However, watching the how to videos are super helpful! Definitely watch those before use! Now that I have it figured out, and am well practiced, I haven’t had any problems! It is easy to use and allows ALMOST full mobility. I wouldn’t go as far as doing yoga while pumping.... That just seems uncomfortable. 🤣 But it definitely allows you to hold baby, do dishes, vacuum, drive to work, or whatever else you want! I also wouldn’t call it “discreet pumping” unless you consider an instant Dolly Parton look “discreet.” Yet, I am still a fan and believe it’s the best pump on the market! I also want to add that I use the bags and milk container. I am a fan of both, but tend to use the container more, due to the price of the willow bags. In all, I highly recommend the Willow pump! It’s absolutely worth it!

Very convenient

Overall, it took time to fit using the Willow into my schedule since I’m an oversupplier. But, it has really freed me up both at work and home. I’m using it for 1-2/4 pumps per day. Having less parts to clean has been a dream.

My go-to pump

While my Medela plug in pump works great, I almost never use it anymore (and I’ve had it for all my four babies) because the Willow is so effective and convenient. I love being able to pump into the milk containers or the bags. I love not having cords hanging or pieces sticking out. I love being able to pump anywhere I am, like the car, while I pick up for the evening, cooking meals, doing dishes or laundry. Love that there aren’t a billion pieces to disassemble, pieces that are difficult to wash, or that get lost in the sink water or dishwasher. The ONLY things I wish were different - a second charging cord included with the double pump option (although they do seem to charge quickly so it’s not SUPER inconvenient, just sort of); and the ability to engage the stimulation setting whenever I need to initiate another letdown instead of just at the beginning of the pumping session. I definitely would get a higher volume with the Willow if it had this ability.

The hands free option of the willow is very nice when you have stuff to do around the house, and don't want to be tied down by a cord. There is a learning curve when placing product, but once you get the curve down, it's very convenient. You have to be careful how far you bend over, because too far will leak milk out of the top. Overall a very helpful and handy product!

Functional and easy

I doubled my milk output with this pump. The suction is much different than a typical pump, so if you have trouble getting a letdown then give it a try. It is portable and easy to use which helps if you have a toddler running around or really anything else besides pumping that needs your attention. I am 6 weeks postpartum now and have been working on a freezer stash. I have really enjoyed using it to pump directly into the bag. It really helps with mess and waste! Happy pumping!

It's super easy to set up and it's extremely comfortable to wear! It only takes about 2 minutes to get set up and once you get used to wearing it, pumping becomes a breeze! 10/10 recommend!

Much needed for busy moms

I’m a teacher who was worried about pumping while being away from my daughter. Because of this pump, I am able to pump and teach with no worries. I don’t have any issues with malfunctions or cleaning. I do not care for the containers because the flip to finish always gives me issues but I love the bags.

Learning Curve, But So Worth it!

As with anything, there is definitely a learning curve to using the Willow. Being bigger chested makes it hard to sometimes align properly on the first try, but Willow has so many helpful articles and videos built right into the app to help you get acclimated. With my first child, I absolutely despised the amount of time it would take to pump on top of nursing and felt like I did nothing but sit all day long. I have enjoyed the freedom Willow has given me this time around!
