Not worth the money

Pros: wireless pumping, easy to transfer to bags from container, last multiple pumps, great customer service Cons: should have come with containers not the one with bags, should be able to order with biggest flange size (28mm), more that one charger since it is two pumps, is not 100% spill proof, only had pump for one month and have to replace one of them (still under warranty thankfully)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Containers are terrible bags are decent

I’ve tried to love using the containers. Because it’s so wasteful to use the bags each time, but no matter what I always have a mishap or the pump will tell me to flush the valve and I can’t get started (even though I already have deep cleaned). The bags typically work great when the pump doesn’t detect the wrong amount of milk and stop way early or too late. The bags can be a little challenging to drain and a clearly a bit pricey, but otherwise are worth it.

Love these pumps!

I absolutely love these pumps! They work so well and I get so much milk out. My only troubles are the containers can be kind of tricky. My second day I felt like giving up because the containers were giving me so much grief. My friend has a willow and helped me through it.

I hated pumping with my first babe, and now I am able to do it and not resent it!I will definitely recommend to ALL of my friends!! THANK YOU so much for this product!! I will get a whole year of pumping and breastfeeding now whereas I was so over it I only got to 6 months last time!

Great when it works, sometimes it doesn’t

I hoped to use the refillable containers to cut down on plastic waste but found that one of them usually spilled so I’ve been using the plastic milk bags instead which don’t leak but are expensive and use extra plastic. Lately one of my Willow 3.0 pumps has been malfunctioning about half the time unless I keep checking on it, so not the “start it relax” experience during my pumping sessions I was hoping for. Even worse, when it malfunctions by saying it is pumping milk but is actually filling it the bag with air, I’m not actually getting a pumping session in when I thought I was. I’ll realize after I’m done, and I’m still stuck with a full breast. I wish my pump could sense that it is filling the bag with air, not milk. Overall I’m glad the product exists when it works right as being hands free and able to lean over, move around worry free is nice. I’ve been able to pump while driving to work then flip to finish once parked. I love that the plastic bags don’t spill a drop. When it works right the volume is pretty accurate.

Not worth it.

I’ve purchased both Willow 3.0 and GO, and they have both given me issues. They both connect to two different apps and the apps are terrible. The app for the Willow 3.0 almost always gives incorrect readings and does not allow you to correct or manipulate your pump stats. As a first time mom that’s exclusively pumping, they have honestly discouraged me in my pumping journey.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Makes pumping fast, discrete, and easy

I got the pump as a gift and it has been a game changer for pumping at work. I get great output (at least as good as with my Spectra) in a shorter amount of time.

Amazing Pump

I love this pump for work, it is amazing! I was worried I wouldn't be able to get as much volume using this pump vs. my medical grade rental that I received before I got this pump. It gets the same amount of volume, feels more gentle, and it gets the volume quicker. It is a little pricy but it is worth it. Thank you!
