Amazing pump!!

LOVE this pump!! It’s perfect for on the go or being at home getting work done around the house. I love how it’s hands free without messing with any cords, and having fewer parts to wash. Also, very cool you can choose the option to pump directly into a bag or a container. I would recommend to anyone!

A great wearable pump - sleek, quiet, quick

This pump is the only one I’ve used (first time mom) other than a Haakaa - it’s sleek looking, quiet enough I can pump one breast while nursing with the other, and the app is easy to use. I use my pump with the reusable reservoir and so far that’s been a breeze. The charge holds up for several pumping sessions, but I wish that the charger would charge both pumps for convenience. My only true reservation is that placement can be hard at times, and I’ve spilled milk by forgetting to turn a switch when flipping to finish. As it’s my only and first pump, I still feel like milk is left in my breast that my baby can get but the pump can’t, but from what I hear that’s pretty typical for any pump short of hospital ($$$) grade. A great wearable!

Love the pump but flange broke

Love this pump and it’s the best hands free I’ve used so far. BUT…I’ve used it less than 20 times and one of the flanges already broke. I haven’t contacted customer service yet, but I would expect better for such an expensive pump.

Love/ Hate it at the same time

At first I love the willow 3.0. I can get the most out of it when the pump actually wants to work. Not sure if I just got a bad pump to begin with. However the customer care has been amazing and replaced one side when it stopped working. But now my other side doesn’t want to work. I have a problem with it hooking up to the app half the time too. But now waiting to see if my other side will get replaced. I feel for the price, I should not have the problems I do. Thank god for having a back up pump because my journey would have been ruined! But I do love it besides those problems.

Great Pump

This isn’t my main pump. I use the Medela symphony at home. Willow pump is great to use while at work or away from home. Once you get your size correctly it’s perfect. I have been using it for 9 months. FYI if you are using the bags make sure you purchase multiple bags at a time. They seem to be sold out often.

Best pump I own!

I love mine!! Iv been using it for a month now. I exclusively pump and I will get the same output with this that I do on my spectra. For me personally I get the best hold with just a standard sports bra. Nursing/pumping bras did not hold the best for me and the suction would not be correct. It also took a little adjusting to know where the levels are. The app is great for telling you what level you are on! Level 2 is perfect for me. Remember stronger suction does not mean more output! You don’t want to damage yourself:) highly recommend this to help you move about the house or pump at work.

After getting over a learning curve, my willow is doing a great job improving my output
I have not had success using the reusable containers, I have great difficulty getting a good seal. The bags work amazingly well.
I only wish that the pumps were not so heavy, I find that they require a very supportive bra.
