This pump is a very good pump however there’s a huge learning curve in the beginning. It’s very different from the other standard pumps. A times it does not feel like my breasts are completely drained as compared to my spectra/medulla

The only reason I can continue breastfeeding

This is our 4th go around with 4 kids under 5! I breastfed them each for a year but each pregnancy I was in school continuing my education and it became harder to have breaks to pump and we stuck in a closet somewhere. I am now a nurse practitioner/ midwife and I wear the willow pump when I see patients and even in labor rooms while delivering sweet babes earth side! Everyone thinks it’s fantastic I work with them on.

Convenient but flip is iffy

I love the convenience of this pump as I am not stuck to the wall but randomly when I flip to finish it will start pouring my milk out randomly even though I am properly switching to 2 before.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Save Your $, DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

If you’re thinking of going with a hands free device from Willow, don’t do it. I learned a really hard pricey lesson. I have implants and do well on the spectra 1 with my levels for stimulation and massage being no more than 5 to empty me. I bought the Willow because I need to have something when going out with baby and running errands. I tried the Willow and followed all the advice for sizing and inserts and it ended up decreasing my milk supply because it wasn’t performing and emptying me. The Willow 3.0 doesn’t give you an option to stay in stimulation mode or switch back and forth to stimulate yourself for multiple letdowns. Once your letdown comes in, it stays in expression mode. It’s a shame spending all this money and not being able to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Practical Product but breaks easy

I’ve been using my pump for just over 1 week now and for the most part I have loved that this pump allows me to multi task while pumping and get things done around the house at the same time.
However, in the first week of use the flange has ALREADY BROKE and causing my pump to leak. The quality of this product should have been made a bit better for the amount of money the pump costs.

Life Changer

The Willow has been an absolute life changer. With my first baby, I exclusively pumped for months with a regular pump so when I came to pumping I absolutely dreaded it as movement was restricted and I couldn’t hold my baby at the same time. With my second baby, I was gifted the Willow and it has made pumping so much easier. I pump between feeds and can get household tasks done at the same time! I’ve built quite the freezer stash because the Willow allows me to use it everywhere. The product is fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a pump—especially if you are an exclusive pumper—this would have made the experience feeding by first baby lightyears much better!

I love that the pump is wireless you are free to move around and don’t have any wires or outlets holding you back. The option between reusable containers or milk bags is great as it gives you the option of what position you want to pump in and how you want to store your milk. I love that there are not a million pieces to rinse and clean which use to be dreadful and took up the entire drying rack. The 2-3 pieces are quick and easy to clean and I use the Baby Breeza Sterilizer air dry mode. I like that Willow is advance enough to be controlled via phone app and tells how much you have pumped which helps me keep track. What I don’t like about the Willow is how heavy the pumps are, the weight will definitely contribute to giving you saggy breasts at the end of your breast feeding journey. The type of bra you use is definitely important and despite the bra support I usually find myself holding up the pumps while sitting or walking around with my hands or arms. Despite the weight this product has made breastfeeding possible. I was considering no longer breastfeeding after having mastitis, cracked and bleeding nipples however, willow allowed me to control the deleting and continue my milk supply.
