So hard to use!

I’m a new user so still working out the kinks but there are so many issues and errors. For how much I spent on the product, it should to much easier to use.

I love the hands free! I tried other hands free and they do not compare.
My only complaint is that sometimes it malfunctions and says the milk container is full even though there is absolutely no milk
I would recommend this to a friend!

My saving grace when I went back to work

I am so glad I bought this pump. I was worried about pumping at work. This has been so helpful pumping into bags or the reusable containers. I normally only pump around 4 oz from on side so I do not have a problem with the only 4oz containers. I will always recommend the willow. Great to carry with me everywhere on the go!

I absolutely love my Willow pump! I was debating on this brand and a different brand, but I'm so glad I chose this one. They're so easy to use. I love the fact that you can pump milk straight into the bag because it's one less step, and a lot less cleaning. I'm not the biggest fan of the reusable backings only because they're so hard to clean, and I've already had 2 that won't read right with the pumps (this is the reason why for the 4 stars instead of 5). Other than that I love them and don't know what I'd do without them! Not to mention the customer service is amazing.

My story

I am not satisfied with this purchase. I’m struggling with alignment & empty my breast. I know I have the correct size but in my own, this product is not for 40 DD women. Every day I give this product a true dedicated chance, trying to have patience with it, watching how to videos & yet every time I’m disappointed in the results. It’s a fact I pump between 4-6 oz per breast depending on the part of the day, & typically I only get between 4-5 oz collectively.

Best hands free pump I’ve had

I absolutely love this Willow Pump makes it so much easier to keep up with the twins! It empties me a whole lot better than the Medela pumps I used in the nicu and love that I can get 3-4 pumps in before needing to recharge.
