Do not get this pump!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not get this pump! It is too expensive to get without knowing if it will be painful for you or not. I do not have trouble with other pumps (like spectra and medela) on their highest vacuum settings, but I could not get the Willow 360 to work for me despite purchasing their many additional accessories to try to get it to work. I even did a session with their LC, which is a nice idea except the only suggestion was to purchase additional items to try to help me, which also did not help.
Also, note that during the few times I did use the pump, the app does record an accurate volume of milk. It was off by as much as 3 ounces for one breast.

The first container was defected so they sent me a replacement container which again is doing the same thing. Not the best quality for the price you pay.

Poor design. Hard to clean

Remembering to set the valve to 1 or 2 and flipping the pump at the end is difficult to remember to do each time, lots of spills. Lots of errors messages and yellow flashing lights causing the pump to stop. Would not recommend.

Pumps out greats ,then spills it all out

I love the pump and it really gets every last drop out and isn't painful at all. BUT all that xtra milk is wasted with all the leaks from the container. I have watched every flip to finish video and no matter what it always leaks from the air valve on the top . I just dont understand how it can be so wasteful.
