Bags are a hassle to attach and constantly gets excessive air in them while pumping. Flextube doesnt fully empty and leaks wgen removing bag

Very difficult to use effectively

I barely get any milk with willow. I get a ton with my spectra. I’ve done sizing 3 times. I have 3 different sizes I’ve experimented with. Yes, it’s hands free, but it’s not user friendly and is incredibly expensive for a pump that inevitably has a lower yield. I’ve given up even trying to use it.

I thought that the plastic would be thicker and more durable.
The bag set up is by far my least favorite feature.
I get my milk storage pieces soon and hopefully they will be nicer

Different from container & different instructions

You have to be super attentive to which flange your using because the steps are different from milk bag & container flanges. Too many steps required.

I don’t like it because only holds 4oz and I make up to 8oz. The bags are terrible just not impressed. The price is far to much for such low quality

Not intuitive to use

Great concept but the technology needs to be refined for this to be a truly effective portable breast pump. You can’t see how much you are pumping. Pumped for 25 minutes and right breast didn’t empty (pumped less than an punch) and it actually got painfully hard and lumpy... this has never happened with my medela. Also not practical for wearing in public as the breast pumps are hysterically large (was envisioning wearing during a virtual meeting or even outside for a walk which is still technically possible but totally obvious you are pumping). Overall love the idea but think the technology is just clunky and ahead of its time.

I have used the willow for two kids and love it. I prefer the bags over the milk collector. Easy to clean.
