Fragile

Clips are so fragile that on the first day of using it the plastic flap snapped off on one side. Not the best design.

Good but doesn’t click into gen 2

It’s kind of hard to align this to gen 2 and then I constantly get error to realign it because it’s gen 2. Unfortunately if you have the older version it doesn’t click in but it works as long as you have a tight nursing bra on

Different than picture

Just ordered new flanges and they look different than the picture (they are missing the aqua silicone thumb grip pad)…just feels like a way to cut costs. These are good but I need to realign them almost every time I use the pump.

Everything about the Willow pumps is AWFUL. The flanges are a weird shape and they’re so short. My nipples go all the way to the end of them and it causes them to crack and bleed. I can’t even use my willows because of them.
